I agree. Part of the issue is the plea deals giving them light sentences. The rationale for this is to protect the child victim from having to testify. But, if they increased the penalties/sentences across the board for offenses against children, the sentences for a plea would increase, as well. I also think the decision to testify should be made by the victim, not the DA/prosecutor. I've known many cases where the victim WANTS to testify, but the prosecutor wouldn't go to trial, pushing the plea deal, instead.
Unfortunately things are not getting better with cockroaches they are on a steady decline towards normalization with thus MAP crap. It's going to get a whole lot worse before it ever gets better. Sadly the mandoo affect will be to push these hearing further underground so we don't get to see these.

It’s so hard for me to process how a grown man can have any sexual attraction to a 12 year old. That is the very earliest of development for a preteen girl. it's one thing to get mad at someone for committing a crime to support their habit, but it's another to look down on someone because they happen to imbibe a substance the government has deemed illegal. alcohol is available almost everywhere and is a factor in so many crimes that result in injury or death, yet nobody gets charged for alcohol posession aside from kids. alcohol is more of a scourge than any other substance - in part because it's been deemed socially and legally acceptable.

Mandoo, I believe because of your channel, and because you keep doing what you are doing that this is the start of getting things to change. You may not realize it. But calling out these child molesters it has to change, their time in jail has to be longer.
I agree. Part of the issue is the plea deals giving them light sentences. The rationale for this is to protect the child victim from having to testify. But, if they increased the penalties/sentences across the board for offenses against children, the sentences for a plea would increase, as well. I also think the decision to testify should be made by the victim, not the DA/prosecutor. I've known many cases where the victim WANTS to testify, but the prosecutor wouldn't go to trial, pushing the plea deal, instead.
Unfortunately things are not getting better with cockroaches they are on a steady decline towards normalization with thus MAP crap. It's going to get a whole lot worse before it ever gets better. Sadly the mandoo affect will be to push these hearing further underground so we don't get to see these.

I thought I heard "almost twelve" but eleven or twelve is screwed up either way. If the child initiated something they should find out who abused her before him and castrate both of them. As for the sister in law, a CPS home visit seems appropriate. A lot of people have, and are, letting the poor little girl down. If I were a D.A. this is the sort of case where I would be mandating my entire staff show up to make a statement. There is almost 100% chance he got to at least one of these other nieces or nephews, so sad.
