I feel really bad for Jamal Murray😞 I've also went through an ACL and Meniscus tear 4 months ago and not too long ago had my surgery, that's a really annoying and a tough injury to deal with. Of course I feel bad also for the other players in the video because I like a lot of them but I can relate to Jamal the most😂
Same man,i tore my acl and my knee was on the left side totaly,within next 30 min it came back to its' normal position,but i was off my team for a year.One year prior to that ,suffer an meniscus fracture on the same left knee.Now i came back,but sometimes the knee hurts,but im glad its' over.

Prayers to the players and their quick and successful recovery! However, what I can say about this as a Judo athlete is that the NBA players are missing a lot of landing training. Most more serious injuries would've been reduced to a sprain or something less severe if they knew how to fall and dissipated that energy on their joints throughout their bodies by rolling, for instance. Literally, parkour is a good sport to base yourself on to reduce these injuries on legs and joints.

This season really been ruined by injury’s, they never should have tried to force so many games into a matter of months, the players don’t have enough time to rest and recover and now we got like 10 great all star players and countless other injured 🤦♂️

As a basketball fan its sad to see a player suffering from injury 😔 .. i already suffered a ankle injury and it takes a half year for me too walk but a year to play the game again
