- I can't stop watching sovereign citizen videos they're just too good. Our friend Jay Roberts sent over this "notice" posted by a sovereign citizen and it almost reads like satire.

I am regularly astounded at the amount and breadth of mental gymnastics that people are capable of.
We WANT what we WANT and, somehow, it magically becomes legal. 🙂
His cars are getting progressively cheaper as they get newer.
Sovereign citizens are fine being part of the system they just don’t wanna pay
There are tons of wealthy people who feel the same way.
Singular lady viewer, reporting for duty!
What am I, chopped liver? lol
Sovcit rabbit hole start with some "Team Skeptic" " Law talk with Mike" "Sovereign Citizen encounter s" and another one with grumpy ole courtwatch or something like that...some funny dipshits out there
Alpharetta is Ed Bolian's neighborhood. Maybe the two of you could get Wayne to go on VinWiki and tell his story...
Props to Wayne for spending an entire day at 3 different auto dealerships and negotiating and buying 3 cars
My favorite sovcit story was a guy who claimed he wasn't a US Citizen. When asked for ID, he pulled out a US Passport.
I always say if they say that they're not a US citizen, call CBP and have them deported.
I work at a large brokerage company and we get A LOT of S.C.'s trying to set up trust accounts and will try and fund them with basically I.O.U.s
Why don't they just use the money from their Federal trust fund?😅
I pick up cars for 2 of those 3 lenders. I’m in a different state but having dealt with them before I can tell you they will attempt recovery of their property and if they don’t succeed, they will get a judgment against him and they’ll take whatever they can to reclaim their losses. And you can’t file on the cars without agreeing to reaffirm the loan or surrender the car. This is a no win.
This is a win. Not for him, but for us, the onlookers watching the inevitable train wreck.
@ when you’re right you’re right lol
You don't need to go too far down the sovcit rabbithole before you're neck deep in bullsht lol
By coincidence I've been going down rabbit holes on TH-cam featuring sovereign citizens coming to ride awakenings on the side of the road and in court
They don't have attorneys because no attorney with a pulse would risk his/her license and likely sanctions for offering their nonsense in court.
Al Capone only went to prison because of taxes. Nevermind all the murder.
OMG Doug....You could just call the FBI and ask them to watch you like a hawk now. LOL
6:00 yeah that's quite famously how they got Capone, ol' Scarface. You might be able to evade the cops, but nobody evades the tax man
Know all by these presents that Haagen Dasz fudge chunk has zero fat or calories.
I have a purchase agreement for my dad's 1959 Porsche that begins "Know all men by these present", which I think is hilarious.
Just as dumb as Ed's Wedding Day theft story "Well I'm a lawyer, and possession is 9/10 of the law"
It is!-that same lawyer probably
23:10 “let’s see if Wayne’s there” *dog scratching intensifies*
Oh the phone call! I soo wish he had answered.
My female cat is listening in the background that counts for one. She's sipping on something in a corner. Probly prestone
People may not be able to list a legal notice in the newspaper but the government can as seen with civil asset forfeiture.
To be clear, private citizens certainly CAN post legal notices in the newspaper. The point is that simply including the words 'legal notice' on something does not make it a legal notice.
For example, flowing someone's passing, their executor must post a legal notice asking anyone who had any debts with Dad to come forward within thirty days (may be different rules in each State) so they can include the debt in finalizing the person's Will and Estate (ie passing their assets to the people named in the Will). Posting that notice is usually legally required before finalizing wills etc. There are lots of other example too.
To clarify, the "birth certificate" entity and corporate entity are the same thing. Usually the sovcit will say he's in fact the "natural man" or some such thing, and/or is the "beneficiary" of the corporate entity listed in all-caps on the birth certificate. Basically, it's a joke!
Right. Yes. It all totally makes sense now.
Boy that voice mail!
“I’ve been tangentially following sovereign citizens for awhile now” lol I recognize a fellow donut operator viewer when I see one
Dude SovCits are wild
I hereby cancel my own debt - kind of like the signs on back of dump trucks that say, "Not responsible for windshields". I need a sign on the back of my car - "Not responsible for speed".
Technically speaking, they're NOT responsible for objects coming from the road. However, I do think too many people, including the owners of dump trucks, think that little sign absolves them of any liability at all. 🤦🏼♂️
In the words of Michael Scott: "I DECLARE BANKRUPTCY"
Somehow i knew you would get a kick out of this one. It’s a crazy rabbit hole of videos to start watching. The sov citz movement is wild.
Crazy Train - Ozzy Osbourne the theme tune to Sovereign Citizens
I believe he’s trying challenge the debt but instead of mailing a letter to the collector he is using the news paper as another form or challenging in a public forum. If they don’t respond in 30 days he thinks legally the debit is cancelled. Then I guess they would need to sue him in civil court to have a ruling on his choice of medium to notify. Newspaper or billboards can be suitable methods to serve someone papers.
Shoutout to today’s video sponsor Wayne Barrett Inc.!
Noooooo! Blade is a sovshit?!? I need a moment
Please tell me there is a part two where he returns your call.
Not yet, although I did leave my actual phone number, hoping he would.
@@switchcars I really hope he does! Please do revisit in a future episode, and find more stories like these! Too funny.
I don't know if I'm too high for this video, or if im not high enough for this video. Dafuq is wrong with these people?
Sovereign citizens on traffic stops always insist that they are not a citizen of the state, they're a foreign citizen and therefore they are not subject to state or Federal law. Well guess what, Bucko.....if a French guy drives a car in the US, it has to be registered, insured and he's got to have an international license or a license in some US state. Go ahead, officer....smash the window.
The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.

Can you restart this video with a simple disclaimer... "This is a story about an idiot who's trying to walk away from his car loans." And then get into all the random fragment pieces of the story you're trying to tell. Or just cut off the first four minutes and 22 seconds?
Thank you for the feedback. No, we cannot edit the video.
Idk how people listen to this dork
