Bangladesh is still a poor developing country with not as much resources and progressions as Russia. It's got nothing to do with religion but more to do with politics and economy. And you do realise there are Muslim countries that learn and compete in sport e.g. Egypt, Morocco, Iran, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc. Islam doesn't ban sports lmao. In fact Bangladesh plays cricket and football the most out of all the other sports
