I mix mine in with other fruits and nuts i grow. I make dried fruit/nut bars. I have one of those hand crank smasher strainer things that separates seeds and stems. Then i roast and flour some almonds and hazelnuts and mix with the fruit/berry slurry. After that it goes through the dehydrator. The fruit dries out and holds it all together. I just make it all for fun now, but it could end up being my survival food.
Getting my currents to grow well here in mid-Missouri has been a challenge. Thanks for the great information.
