Agar aapka 2.5 liter oil lag gaya hai, chances hain ki aapne thande oil mei fry kiya hai. Agar oil ka temperature bahut kum ho tou cheez oil jyada absorb karti hai. By the way, aap ka fry kar rahe thei??

Nahi, oil hee use karei. Ghee mei fry kiya tou mausam thanda hote hee ghee jum jayega aur ghathiya hard ho jayega
