this song is also my fav track from them so far, to me the cropped shots reflected the degree of intimacy and closeness they were seeking from the person they like but not getting from him. Also the pure/innocent vibe in this mv with their looks and their minimalistic makeup and also the simple vibe of the song reflected the raw genuine feelings they had for this person and wanted them to feel too but that person doesn't seem to be on that same wavelength. I really like this concept and the message, I can totally relate as a person who always saught a more genuine and deeper link with others and hv been disppointed because not everyone can reciprocate those feelings.
NewJeans has definitely been a wonderful surprise to me in that I LOVE the lyrics and music. So many of their songs feel so relatable in general. I'm also in my 20s and Attention felt like a song I would be all over 10 years ago, Hype Boy is like the moments you always go through when you're interested in someone, and now Hurt is also very understandable in that step in a relationship/interest in a person you care for. Their music is so well made, and I really want to give props to the group as well as everyone who participated in these songs
