    I speak Swedish, and I don’t mind other people pronouncing Swedish words differently since it’s quite a small language and not many people know it, but I just wanted to mention how the name for this series is pronounced in Swedish in case you want to know 😊
    Å/å is pronounced like the ”o” in ”lord”, or the ”a” in ”saw”. It’s a long vowel, just like in those examples, like this: MÅÅÅ-lah 😄
    The word “måla” means “to paint” in Swedish 😊
    Thank you for the great video! 🥰❤️

    Alot of artists have started to used a painters palette it can fit on your leg has to small tray bottles that attach to palette when your done you just fold the palette back up of course y need to carry a small square plastic container to dump used water in but theres a product on line that carry that type..that way you dont have to reach down if you a velcro on towel you can attach it to the box handle also at top of box, im limited in my twisting ability to reach down so i try to attach things with velcro or magnets to have things easier accessible...many art blessings to you today...mikelle art mom👩‍🎨✍🎨🇨🇦

    Wow this looks awesome! I was thinking about getting some travel brushes because my normal handle brushes are just too long. But now I feel like I should just get this case instead! I think if you stick some magnetic strip on the white rim of the case, you can then attach your watercolor box onto the case while you paint as well! And if you were to use a sketchbook instead of loose paper, the flexible clippy thing could be used to hold a paper tower or rag. The possibility is endless!

    • @eurekawanders
      @eurekawanders  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      YES! I actually tried modifying the case cos someone had suggested I try converting it to a sketching case. I will be sharing my set up in another youtube video. Stay tuned!

    I do have it and I did managed to put everything I need on top of it while painting : 5x7 inch sheet of paper at the bottom side of painting area, double clip on water containers (clipped on white plastic clip on top of the painting area) and mini WN travel painting palette :). I wish I could upload a photo of the arrangement here :)

    I had seen this at IKEA but overlooked it in favour of the desk organizer of the same line. Still, I'll have to adopt one of these, they do look quite comfy for outdoor sketching. Also, love, love, LOVE the paper, it's my favourite, even over Arches.

    I probably have seen this but never thought much about it until now! Interesting. I’ve never tried painting on the go but perhaps it’s a fun activity that can be included during a family picnic. One for me one for my little one and we can draw/paint together 👍

      Thank you for the video, great art too! I find it easiest to explain the letter Å to non Swedish speakers with the ”O” sound in the word ” ought”. Always nice to see videos on what creative people all over the world do w stuff they find at Ikea ! I found this case last summer and remade it to make an art studio light in the car. I found that always having sketching materials easily stored and quick to use make me ,at last, draw and paint! Before I had a whole art shop at home but nothing got done because I w had to find stuff...

    Really good review! What brand is your collapsible cup?
    I would definitely stick a magnetic band on the hard lid to hold some stuff securely when painting, so I don’t have to put them on the ground (but I use A5 or A6, rarely A4 in plein air, so there would be room to stick things on the board)
