I did this 3 weeks ago and almost forgot I tried it. And yesterday, after a year apart, we got back together. I woke up this morning and the first thought was this video so I came back to approve it. Guys trust Me ! This works ! Me and my person was in separation for 3weeks straight and, literally no contact! He removed me from all his socials ! I was doing this meditation for 3days straight! On day 1,I didn't tune much!
On day2, I started getting into it !

That was the time when we were together "physically" and that made me cry ! It felt like my heart yarns for him and he gotta come to me; no matter what! And I assumed that he's with me rn and I told him that, don't you miss me? Please text me I miss you! And there he was within half n hour !

This guided meditation really works. My SP & I hasn't been talking for 2 weeks for no apparent reason but I was so shy to message him first to not look like being so needy. im so convinced this works. we had mutually broken up a month ago but promised we would find our way back to eachother after working on ourselves. at first i had no hope he was coming back since he wasn’t showing any signs of it, but after doing this and throwing all the negative thoughts away ( super important part ) the next morning he was overly romantic and sweet more than he had ever been since the breakup. it was almost as if he had been drawn to me. i actually felt a shift in our connection after this & felt our connection growing stronger. i felt him and his love coming in quickly, and i have sm hope that our relationship will be renewed and sending this message just helped sm more! sorry if this is long, just wanted 2 share my experience and encourage others to try this too if ur in a situation like mine. as long as u believe in it and have no negative thoughts, it will come true, everything u desire will end up coming to u

I’m using this right now to connect to my husband whose in basic training for the Army. He’s had a rough past week and kept crying over FaceTime this past Sunday. day one: i was listening to this, and istg it did not feel like 11 minutes. plus, after i was meditating, i started laughing, smiling, crying, and just happy. happy in the mind, heart, stomach, everything. i’m unsure what it meant. but it truly felt amazing
day two: i was interrupted mid session, but i jumped quickly back into it. i felt the same happiness i did yesterday, and i felt my lips tingle. almost as if i was kissing him
day 3: my jaw hurt from smiling and i cried a little. it felt as if we were exchanging a conversation together. i felt pressure on my left shoulder, almost as if his head was resting on it. (he told me a few times before that his way of showing love is physical touch but it’s usually by resting his head on people or holding their hand) i felt my body (especially lips) tingle. i felt incredibly happy the whole time
day 4: it felt calming. almost as if his energy was given back rather than him taking all of my energy. i focused on him and felt what i believe was kisses on my lip and jaw. i didn’t feel much of a conversation tonight. just more of sending and receiving energy. i felt much calmer tonight. i remember when we were together physically, anytime we spoke, i slept so much easier. so i’m taking this calmness as a sign that he’s starting to reciprocate the energy and physically coming back, even if he’s not a spiritual person. 😳
day 5: i’ve noticed a pattern recently these past few days where when i’m feeling the most in tune with my sp, my hair line, right where my bangs start, begins to tickle. it’s quite distracting so it’s been hard to be completely in tune. but im unsure what it could mean. it only happens when i’m meditating on his energy and never any other time of the day. i still consider this good though. i remember he told me he wants to touch my hair since it looks so soft. but im unsure if that’s what his energy is doing. someone help!!!! 😵💫
day 6: i’m slowly starting to not be able to focus. i’m unsure why. it may be tired adhd. but im unsure. either way, it worked great still! when i was focused, i was very relaxed still. it felt like i was telling him all the funny stuff i used to tell him haha
