The ending feels so tragic. It’s like,,, strangely out of place for this game xD I dunno, I know it doesn’t exactly end perfect, it’s bittersweet for sure, but I like to imagine some alternate universe where Ik doesn’t transfer ownership and all the guests are just guests at a rundown yet charming hotel lol

the way that shrimp saves you but then jumps away because he knows he's going to get hungry again eventually is both heartwarming and heartbreaking.
