In Tolkien's legendarium c is always a k, hence "Keleborn", not "Seleborn". Therefore it's "Kirion", not "Sirion".
My nerdy nickpicking aside, a very good game. And a a lovely new Gandalf.

War Beast may only benefit from a Heroic March or Heroic Move that has been declared by their commander" Therefore you can't move it during your heroic move.

Great report! Enjoyed tge commentary and demenour of the players. The Mumak trampling men into the mud was awesome.
Lovely battle, what a twist! Just a little note, cirion, celeborn and other names like that are pronounced with a k-sound in the Tolkien universe. Not a comment, just a little fact :D keep that ME goodness coming!

Great video! really enjoying it. I just saw Cirions first combat agaisnt the Betrayer. Its important to remember that the Fellbeast has Monstrous charge. Other than that its going great!

I definitely had put this game away halfway through haha. I was not expecting that comeback at all!
I agree with everything you said, except for shooting being weak. Shooting is so so powerful in this game! I am glad you enjoyed the video!
did I miss it, if you shoot at the crew and hit the howdah the howdah can take damage. defense 9 and wounds 5. I was enjoying the game but there was a lot going on at home.
Only the Mumak and her commander count as units apropos a broken army. He should have been quartered maybe 4 turns earlier.
Hello there. I thing there are some mistakes. The Betrayer has carge Cirion so he can wound him with 6 dices. alse he has got the special rule banishment of the King so he can repeat his dices, or ?

@@BlackfyreProductions Ya i completely forgot about him getting his charge bonus/bane of kings in the one fight. Been quite awhile since I have fielded him, i think we did a heroic strike on him in one fight and he does not have that anymore either so mistakes made lol.

I just started ME SBG and painted my Pelennor fields
How do you make a "named" Nazgul ( like the betrayer) mounted on a fell beast??
Not that I've ever made one, but I would imagine that you'd cut the legs off of the plastic Wraith that comes in the kit and attach the upper body of the named Wraith that you want on the fell beast.

You need to have 2 unengaged models in base contact with the bolt thrower in order to fire it... once you lost those 2 models, that single guy wasnt able to fire the bolt thrower at all...
Hey, it's considered a small siege engine and only requires one or more unengaged crew members to fire it. The large siege weapons are two or more unengaged crew members. Check out the second paragraph on page 114 of the core rulebook.

Re-rolls for poison is only on one's, not all rolls for wounding. It's a good rule, but it's not that good.
Did I miss something in that first duel with the betrayer and cirion the good side rolled a 6 and evil had a 5 so why did evil win the duel
Betrayer used might to make the 5 a 6
I'm interested in getting into the game again and as a Gondor player I'd like to ask: is it correct that with the new rules all shots of the bolt thrower are rolled together and they can no longer diverge? Because that's pretty cool
Each shot from the avenger bolt thrower are now treated like normal bow shots for the most part. They don't scatter as other siege weapons do, but don't knock down the opponents as well or instant kill them when wounded.
I don't have the book handy but that's the jist of it.

How do infantry fight a flying beast? Or does it land every turn?
It's considered to be low enough to strike it. Also when a flying monster charges infantry it gains bonuses for charging generally.

They can benefit. Maybe you're thinking of standfast rules for courage tests

Blackfyre Productions why you roll two dices before shot Avenger Bolt Thrower? "An Avenger Bolt Thrower fire D6 shots each turn rather than one"
It had the Swift reloader upgrade where you roll 2d6 and the higher of the two dice worth of shots.

The Avenger Bolt Thrower is considered a light siege engine and only requires 1 person to fire.
It makes it a nasty piece of siege equipment that is super good!
