Wow I didn't know an Uruguayan architect designed that complex. I saw a Def Leppard concert there back in 2000 or so. Midway through the show Joe Elliott even said something like "BTW whoever built this place it is just amazing." Indeed the acoustic of the hall was just unbelievable.
