I have made Madatha Kaja, Godhum Paalu Halwa (bombay halwa), Kajikayalu, Pizza, Homemade pasta noodles, Mysore Bonda, birthday cake for little girl from scratch, Banana Bread, Murukulu, and Bread Pudding. btw all of these things were made with whole wheat flour and most had sugar/oil/butter substitutes. also every single one of these recipes were eggless!!
