These mega evolution designs are nice but they look more like legit evolutions. They're just supposed to be the same Pokemon with a bit more added on but most of these artists change the look and shape completely.

I think Mega Vespiqueen's ability should be called 'Hive Mind' and should increase the effectiveness of its signature moves such as 'Defend order' and 'Attack order'.

Coming back to this video. The toxicroak one is by far the best thought out on the list. He needs some boosts and that design and ability are amazing as well

In my view, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for Pokemon that are already pretty good to get Mega evolutions. Mega Evolutions should be put on flawed, underused Pokemon, like Cherrim, Lumineon, and Purugly.
fiercegalactaknight9 the problem is that if the most powerful Pokemon that marginalize the underused flawed Pokemon were to also get mega evolutions as this video suggests, then again that would marginalize even the Mega versions of the underused Pokemon. You'd have the same problem over again.
They have to give megas to the popular and powerful Pokemon. And some megas, like Bannete for example are STILL never used even with a mega, so a mega won't do a pokemon like Purruglt any good.
turning a shit pokemon into a mega will only make that pokemon on par with the "already pretty good" pokemon. if so, then why would you use those megas over those good ones? and yes, only one mega per team makes that rather diminitive. So might as well make a strong pokemon stronger and really shift the momentum in a battle and make you really FEEL like you are using a trump card!
I honestly want to get a Mega Lopunny. I basically want its wing-like fluff on its forehead to turn into antlers making it look like a Jackalope. It would gain a whole ton of fur around its neck and waste, while its ear fluff shrinks a bit. It would get a speed downgrade, special defense upgrade, and attack upgrade. Obviously, because of the fur, it would get the Fur Coat ability, to deal with its lesser physical defense. Since it has access to so many great moves, I would love to see it become stronger. And, I want to see a Mega Kricketune, Staraptor, Drifblim (that should look like a Zeppelin), and Yanmega (Because Mega YanMega) apart from what you listed.

Till I realized it can then double up on Attack Order, Defend Order, Heal Order, and can confirm a Double Fell Stinger KO. While having access to Double STAB Bug Buzz, and Air Slash. It can physical, bulky, or special and I bitch to take out without Rock Types. But still not Bug/Poison.

Gallade NEEDS and deserves a mega evolution! Theres no reason why gamefreak did not give him a mega when they gave gardevoir a mega evolution. He's one of my favorites! I also think that the fanmade roserade mega evolution looks way too feminine for a pokemon that can be male or female.

Bibarel's overpowered with Simple, already. He's getting more play every now and then. I even use one myself! Curse 3 times if you're safe, then Quick Attack to victory!
IMO, besides the ones you mentioned, which all deserve, I think these pokemon should get megas too: Staraptor, Floatzel, Drifblim, Mismagius, Honchkrow, Bronzong, Chatot, Weavile, Magnazone, Rhyperior, Tangrowth, Magmortar, Electivire, Togekiss, Yanmega, Mamoswine, Rotom, Regigigas and Manaphy. Damn, 4th gen is so full of possible Mega candidates.
Mega Staraptor, Floazel and Honchkrow would be too powerful but amazing. All Staraptor needs is more speed and attack and it's over, catch this banded brave bird.

Its me or, THERE NEEDS TO BE A CHATOT ON HERE o-o. Exactly how I used a chatot to murder a mega tyranitar: Chatot used chatter, Tyranitar became confused, it hurt itself in its confusion, Chatot used boomburst, It wasn't very affective, Tyranitar lost 13% of its health. (did this for a while till) Tyranitar used rockslide, chatot lost 87% of its health, Chatot used roost. (yep went on for ages till this happened) Tyranitar fainted! Other Trainer, "WTF?!?"
Im not just saying this to you but WHY do people ask for megas for pokemon that should have normal evolutions first? Give chatot, dunsparce, zangoose, and seviper normal evolutions before they get megas.

***** Many ghost types have similar movepools, and by that logic, Mega Gengar and Mega Sableye (it's been confirmed that Mega Sableye is getting Magic Bounce) would've had Prankster as well. So don't worry, Mega Spiritomb probably won't be getting Prankster. Besides, Spiritomb is more defensive than any of the aforementioned pokes so his mega's ability would probably revolve around its bulk, maybe Cursed Body, Analytic, or Magic Guard.
If Infernape was to Mega Evolve, it has to be something like Super Saiyan Goku. I even made a sprite design myself. The white fur resembling armor grows to it's entire body, while changing from solid white to a white inferno look. Inferno also has inferno armor and inferno kneepads and fists with regular fire colors red, orange and yellow. To look cool, a visor like that of Megaman's Protoman is formed at the eyes. I also used the shape of Teen Gohan's Ssj2 hair in place of the head flame. Plus I gave Mega Infernape his/her own Flaming Flying Nimbus.
I generally like the designs of the Mega Roserade and Mega Toxicroak but imo they could be improved. The fact that Roserade gets this spear-like barb out of its flower doesn't really make sense since it's a special attacker, otherwise it's a very good design. Toxicroak on the other hand i don't really like, the design looks good, but the fact that it turns from a frog to a scorpion doesn't really make sense, and also it's paired with Drapion who is a scorpion. TL;DR i like the designs of Mega Gardevoir and Mega Toxicroak but imo they could be improved.
Ya know, I agreed with this entire list until you got to Hippowdon. I've never really been a fan of it. The rest I would love to see but I would also like to see a Honchkrow and Drapion Mega-Evolution as well. The potential designs would be awesome and I think that they could get a little more competitive use!
Im sorry but Number 3 and 2 were god awful. Not because they don't deserve it, but because you made up strange things that made no sense. 1. For Vespiquen, you turned her into an attacker for no reason. She's not meant to attack she's meant to wall. That's why she has the defenses. You basically said "Hey I see these defenses, but don't like them so I'm going to get rid of them." Sure it was only 12 points each, but that's not the point. What Vespiquen SHOULD get is HP: 70 Attack: 104 Defense: 130 Sp Attack: 40 Sp Defense: 130 Speed: 60 This wouldn't make Vespiquen amazing or anything but it would definitely work as a mixed wall who can attack back. Give her Attack Order Heal Order Drill Peck Toxic and her ability could be anything really, hell even Swarm wouldn't be worthless on a set like this. I say she should gain drill peck since bees have stingers and there aren't many good Physical Flying moves. Hell you could switch Sp Attack and Attack and replace Attack Order with Bug Buzz and Drill Peck with Air Slash, then give her Serene Grace or something and make her Flinch Bee the Unkillable (You can even replace Toxic with Thunder Wave if they'll give it to her). In my opinion, the set you gave her really wastes her talents. 2. Toxicroak. Im not really so bad with the set you gave him (besides the stupid ass ability Effect Hemlock. Just give it Dry Skin or Poison Touch, they would be MUCH better abilities.) but you do realize Toxicroak is a frog right? Not a scorpion? You gave him SCORPION CLAWS AND A TAIL. He's a freaking frog dude. Give him Froggy things like a Poison tongue or something, Make him fatter maybe? Just don't turn him into a shitty Drapion rip off.

Tyranitartube, i agree with the Mega Luxray concept 100%. Being one of my favs I would love to see this exact idea in the games. Roserade concept seems OP to me. Vespiquen is unfortunate yes, I highly doubt it will ever not be a defensive mon however. For Toxicroak I was thinking that his blades would grow out and become bigger not turn into claws, also that stat setup is ridiculous, but all in good fun. Hippowdon is your #1? And you want him to be that? Okay lol xD
One word. Shuckle. Why does nobody care about shuckle? :'( It seems like he has been forgotten for all of his insane power... I took down freaking white kyurem with this cute little (destructive) turtle... But nobody just seems to even care about him... :'( I know he was originally introduced in generation II but still... Shuckle is my favourite pokemon of all time, but i guess a megashuckle isn't going to be worth it.

I'm loving the idea of a mega vespiquen. It's one of my all-time favorite pokemon and desperately needs a buff. In fact, I love all the ideas for new megas, I think mega evolution should revive underused pokemon, not adhere to overhyped fandom regarding beastly pokemon. I would like to see a mega yanmega though, with bug/dragon. Love the series.

But calling it "queen" is assuming it's female, which is not always the case. 3. Sorry, in terms of stats, Game freak won't change a Pokemon to be different from its build. Look at Aggron, the prime offensive moveset and ability (kinda). Now look at Mega Aggron; it is primarily defensive, just like Aggron's base stats before Mega Evolving despite its terrible defensive stats. Mega Vespiqueen will still focus on her defensive capabilities, as sad as that is. 2. Protean would be interesting, right? 1. Sand veil sounds useless. Being able to resummon sand is more valuable. My 3 most wanted Megas Gallade with speed boost and maybe a ghost type version of meteor mash Togekiss with serene grace and moon blast (via move tutor or whatever) Torterra; give it an ability to add priority to all of its attacks in the sun or sand. Also give it shell smash. Boost its attack, defense, and special defense. Imagine having a bulky attacker with about 159 attack, 125 df, 115 s df, and priority earthquake/wood hammer/stone edge to destroy almost everything in its path. However, you have no priority stealth rock or synthesis and it only lasts 5-8 turns at a time due to the weather nerf. Plus other priority users could still out speed iys terrible 58 speed. Or give it sand rush... whichever works. :)
Starters I feel are a given to receive megas as the games keep releasing. The Sand Veil I feel balances out hippowdon due to the massive defense it has that the sand stream will be up the entire match and besides if you don't like the fact your sand won't be up all the time slap a sandstorm into something or carry around a tyranitar which is amazing in itself

I'm absolutely okay with Luxray, Roserade and Vespiquen getting Mega Evolution, but giving it to Toxicroak and Hippowdon, pokemon that are already overused and powerful as heck is kinda unfair. I personally would give an Mega evolution to other much less seen pokemon. Porygon-Z, (especially because i'm sick of seeing Porygon2 every single time i fight competitively) and either Mismagius(preferably) or Froslass. Mismagius because noboddy really uses it anymore, and Froslass to give her a better purpose in battle than Suicide set of Spikes->Focus Sash->Destiny Bond. Actually, i think all other Gen 4 Evolutions like Magnezone, Gallade, Honchkrow and all others deserve to Mega Evolve more than Toxicroak and Hippowdon. But then again, Mega Togekiss, Gliscor and Mamoswine would be pretty damn OP.
The thing is, overused powerful pokemon are the ones that usually get the mega evolutions. Lucario, Alakazam, Gengar, Scizor, Tyranitar. I mean, if Garchomp out of every other pokemon gets a mega evolution, you know Game Freak isnt worried about making OP pokemon OP-er. And in reality compared to pokemon like Garchomp, Lucario, and Alakazam, I dont see either Toxicroak or Hippowdon as being that over powered.
Well when you think of it like this, their mega's replaced their stat boosting items. Instead of boosting a singular stat, it boosts multiple stats all at once and, for some, gives them a better ability (Lucario, Gardevoir, Mawile). So based on that alone, they're still considered OP to me.
My top five that should mega evolve: 5. Mismagius - Mismagius is a fairly good specially offensive and support pokemon that can Will-O-Wisp physical threats and then wall with Calm Mind. Because it's a Ghost it can block Rapid Spin too. I'd give the Mega Evolution Prankster and give it a big buff to its physical Defense and Speed with a smaller boost to it's Special Attack and Defense. Stat spread of 60/60/110/115/115/135. 4. Honchkrow - Honchkrow is a great physical attacker but is let down by its poor defenses coupled with mediocre speed. I'd give Mega Honchkrow Moxie and boost its Attack, Defenses and Speed at the cost of Special Attack. Stat spread of 100/155/82/75/82/111. 3. Bronzong - Bronzong is amazing at being a great wall, screener and utility with a good support movepool. Its typing is fantastic defensively, albeit weakened by the Steel nerf. I'd give Mega Bronzong Filter and boost its defenses by a lot, as well a minor buff to attack all at the cost of speed. Stat spread of 67/109/166/79/166/13. 2. Staraptor - Do I need to explain? No, so lets jump into it. I'd give the Mega Evo Gale Wings and massively buff its Attack and Speed, buff its defenses a little at the cost of Special Attack. Stat spread of 85/160/90/40/80/130. 1. Froslass - Froslass is a great pokemon with a few flaws. It lacks the offensive pressure to sweep and lacks the defensive pressure to do much. It's pretty much used as a spinblocker and spikes setter. I feel it needs to become a lot more offensive. Therefore I'd give Mega Froslass Snow Warning and massively increase its speed and special attack, with minor defensive boosts at the cost of Attack. Stat spread of 70/60/80/140/80/150. The reasoning for Snow Warning is that it gives Blizzard 100% accuracy so Mega Froslass can hit hard and fast.
Nitro Nick's Gamehouse It was meant to be a grass and poison type before fairy was introduced. roselia and roserade seem like they would change to fairy due to the design of them. second if its mega were to have good special atk, why shouldn't it be fairy. nothings confirmed yet so you cant really say anything about that last one.
Mega Croat would wreck house. If it had increased special attack, it's GG. I'd run heat wave, sludge bomb, air slash, and roost. They should give it +50 speed, +2 to both defenses, and +10 speed. GG/Banned my Smoron

Marcus Rose in game before others could be transferred into it, Lumineon was a great niche in DPPT, it's outclassed in the whole mix of 700+ now, though. . . -or 650+ if you don't want to include OP legends- a mega could completely change that do something completely out of the ordinary like Water Steel, super special defense, and a bit higher defense
Is it just me who thinks pseudo legendaries shouldn't get mega evolutions, and pokemon who need them should get them and eventually all pokemon should get mega evolutions because it is their 'true form'.
Hydreigon definitely could use one, its not invincible just because it's a pseudo. I don't think all pseudos will get a mega this Gen, though. I think GF will try to make the pseudo Megas last throughout the next few generations.
I have been thinking the same thing. Thankfully they have been giving it to pokes this time liek Beedrill and Pidgeot. Now for some that do not evolve at all, or are in the PU tier.
sillyscott2 As much as Mega pikachu sounds cool (and pika is my 2nd favorite pokemon ever since RBY) I don't see him getting a mega for multiple reasons. 1) Pika isn't fully evolved (Which would defeat the whole purpose of megas). 2) Pika has it's own item (the light ball), so the mega stone would be taking away from its main item designed for it. There is one exception that might just work. Since you can't trade items from later gens to 6th gen, they might modify the light ball in ORAS so it also works as a mega stone, or maybe like Girahtina's stone (can't spell it correctly but its something like the Gricseous orb). They could pull something like this and I would be very happy, but otherwise, I don't see him getting a mega.

MegaRoserade is a fabulous idea, but I think I could see it more as a Poison/Fairy type. I think that'd be interesting. I'm crossing my fingers for a MegaLuxray (Electric/Dark) and MegaToxicroak (Poison/Fighting or Poison/Dark) too!
liked the idea of Hippowdon and really liked Luxray. I would definently put those 2 to pokemon for the next game (or sinnoh region) as they're really good both in stats and looks. 10/10
My idea for a sinnoh mega is Drapion. It could keep its poison dark type but get a stat total of 600 with stats like 70 hp, 100 atk, 150 def, 80 sp atk, 90 sp def and 100 speed. Ability could be pressure so it can tank physical hits while draining the PP of those moves to render physical attackers useless while it sets up toxic spikes and poisons opponents. As for appearence i'm not entirely sure but I suppose its pincers could grow in size and act like a shield and its tail pincer can be a cannon for toxic spikes and special moves like venoshock or sludge bomb. The eyes could be dark purple and its mouth could be filled with serrated teeth that could be for toxic as if it poisons the opponent by biting it, similar to poison fang. The mega would make one of the least used good toxic spikers one of the most used and give Drapion alot more fame and fans.. Disagree with my idea? Let me know by replying with what you'd change. I've run it through and it seems like the mega isnt too OP as it could be destroyed by something like earth power or mud bomb, also bringing those 2 moves into fame along with the mega as they're not used as much as they should be. Drapion also cannot heal itself unless it's holding the black sludge which would be replaced by drapionite so that adds to it not being too OP. The attack boost is there for Knock off and poison jab, arguably the best physical moves Drapion has.
I think that a Bug-Type wall would be interesting, I don't think you credited the Mega walls, like Mega Slowbro and Mega Sableye (Though I'm not sure ORAS was out yet) enough. I think that Vespiquen would be good retaining it's defenses, but maybe get rid of the flying typing, getting the Levitate ability, and gaining Psychic-typing.

These mega evolution designs are nice but they look more like legit evolutions. They're just supposed to be the same Pokemon with a bit more added on but most of these artists change the look and shape completely.

In my view, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for Pokemon that are already pretty good to get Mega evolutions. Mega Evolutions should be put on flawed, underused Pokemon, like Cherrim, Lumineon, and Purugly.
It should be for both. I won't be biased against either.
fiercegalactaknight9 the problem is that if the most powerful Pokemon that marginalize the underused flawed Pokemon were to also get mega evolutions as this video suggests, then again that would marginalize even the Mega versions of the underused Pokemon. You'd have the same problem over again.
They have to give megas to the popular and powerful Pokemon. And some megas, like Bannete for example are STILL never used even with a mega, so a mega won't do a pokemon like Purruglt any good.
Not only that but since a lot of good ones get a mega, it encourages some use of underused pokes because you can only have one mega per team anyways.
turning a shit pokemon into a mega will only make that pokemon on par with the "already pretty good" pokemon. if so, then why would you use those megas over those good ones? and yes, only one mega per team makes that rather diminitive. So might as well make a strong pokemon stronger and really shift the momentum in a battle and make you really FEEL like you are using a trump card!

I honestly want to get a Mega Lopunny. I basically want its wing-like fluff on its forehead to turn into antlers making it look like a Jackalope. It would gain a whole ton of fur around its neck and waste, while its ear fluff shrinks a bit. It would get a speed downgrade, special defense upgrade, and attack upgrade. Obviously, because of the fur, it would get the Fur Coat ability, to deal with its lesser physical defense. Since it has access to so many great moves, I would love to see it become stronger.
And, I want to see a Mega Kricketune, Staraptor, Drifblim (that should look like a Zeppelin), and Yanmega (Because Mega YanMega) apart from what you listed.

Its me or, THERE NEEDS TO BE A CHATOT ON HERE o-o. Exactly how I used a chatot to murder a mega tyranitar: Chatot used chatter, Tyranitar became confused, it hurt itself in its confusion, Chatot used boomburst, It wasn't very affective, Tyranitar lost 13% of its health. (did this for a while till) Tyranitar used rockslide, chatot lost 87% of its health, Chatot used roost. (yep went on for ages till this happened) Tyranitar fainted! Other Trainer, "WTF?!?"
Im not just saying this to you but WHY do people ask for megas for pokemon that should have normal evolutions first? Give chatot, dunsparce, zangoose, and seviper normal evolutions before they get megas.

***** Many ghost types have similar movepools, and by that logic, Mega Gengar and Mega Sableye (it's been confirmed that Mega Sableye is getting Magic Bounce) would've had Prankster as well.
So don't worry, Mega Spiritomb probably won't be getting Prankster.
Besides, Spiritomb is more defensive than any of the aforementioned pokes so his mega's ability would probably revolve around its bulk, maybe Cursed Body, Analytic, or Magic Guard.
If Infernape was to Mega Evolve, it has to be something like Super Saiyan Goku. I even made a sprite design myself. The white fur resembling armor grows to it's entire body, while changing from solid white to a white inferno look. Inferno also has inferno armor and inferno kneepads and fists with regular fire colors red, orange and yellow. To look cool, a visor like that of Megaman's Protoman is formed at the eyes. I also used the shape of Teen Gohan's Ssj2 hair in place of the head flame. Plus I gave Mega Infernape his/her own Flaming Flying Nimbus.
I generally like the designs of the Mega Roserade and Mega Toxicroak but imo they could be improved. The fact that Roserade gets this spear-like barb out of its flower doesn't really make sense since it's a special attacker, otherwise it's a very good design. Toxicroak on the other hand i don't really like, the design looks good, but the fact that it turns from a frog to a scorpion doesn't really make sense, and also it's paired with Drapion who is a scorpion. TL;DR i like the designs of Mega Gardevoir and Mega Toxicroak but imo they could be improved.

Im sorry but Number 3 and 2 were god awful. Not because they don't deserve it, but because you made up strange things that made no sense.
1. For Vespiquen, you turned her into an attacker for no reason. She's not meant to attack she's meant to wall. That's why she has the defenses. You basically said "Hey I see these defenses, but don't like them so I'm going to get rid of them." Sure it was only 12 points each, but that's not the point. What Vespiquen SHOULD get is
HP: 70
Attack: 104
Defense: 130
Sp Attack: 40
Sp Defense: 130
Speed: 60
This wouldn't make Vespiquen amazing or anything but it would definitely work as a mixed wall who can attack back. Give her

and her ability could be anything really, hell even Swarm wouldn't be worthless on a set like this. I say she should gain drill peck since bees have stingers and there aren't many good Physical Flying moves. Hell you could switch Sp Attack and Attack and replace Attack Order with Bug Buzz and Drill Peck with Air Slash, then give her Serene Grace or something and make her Flinch Bee the Unkillable (You can even replace Toxic with Thunder Wave if they'll give it to her). In my opinion, the set you gave her really wastes her talents.
2. Toxicroak. Im not really so bad with the set you gave him (besides the stupid ass ability Effect Hemlock. Just give it Dry Skin or Poison Touch, they would be MUCH better abilities.) but you do realize Toxicroak is a frog right? Not a scorpion? You gave him SCORPION CLAWS AND A TAIL. He's a freaking frog dude. Give him Froggy things like a Poison tongue or something, Make him fatter maybe? Just don't turn him into a shitty Drapion rip off.

I'm loving the idea of a mega vespiquen. It's one of my all-time favorite pokemon and desperately needs a buff. In fact, I love all the ideas for new megas, I think mega evolution should revive underused pokemon, not adhere to overhyped fandom regarding beastly pokemon. I would like to see a mega yanmega though, with bug/dragon. Love the series.

3. Sorry, in terms of stats, Game freak won't change a Pokemon to be different from its build. Look at Aggron, the prime offensive moveset and ability (kinda). Now look at Mega Aggron; it is primarily defensive, just like Aggron's base stats before Mega Evolving despite its terrible defensive stats. Mega Vespiqueen will still focus on her defensive capabilities, as sad as that is.

My 3 most wanted Megas
Gallade with speed boost and maybe a ghost type version of meteor mash
Togekiss with serene grace and moon blast (via move tutor or whatever)
Torterra; give it an ability to add priority to all of its attacks in the sun or sand. Also give it shell smash. Boost its attack, defense, and special defense. Imagine having a bulky attacker with about 159 attack, 125 df, 115 s df, and priority earthquake/wood hammer/stone edge to destroy almost everything in its path. However, you have no priority stealth rock or synthesis and it only lasts 5-8 turns at a time due to the weather nerf. Plus other priority users could still out speed iys terrible 58 speed.
Or give it sand rush... whichever works. :)

Yeah. But after 5 turns it's gone forever. And if you switch out you get less time in the sand. Essentially, after 5 turns you have no ability.

Starters I feel are a given to receive megas as the games keep releasing. The Sand Veil I feel balances out hippowdon due to the massive defense it has that the sand stream will be up the entire match and besides if you don't like the fact your sand won't be up all the time slap a sandstorm into something or carry around a tyranitar which is amazing in itself

I'm absolutely okay with Luxray, Roserade and Vespiquen getting Mega Evolution, but giving it to Toxicroak and Hippowdon, pokemon that are already overused and powerful as heck is kinda unfair. I personally would give an Mega evolution to other much less seen pokemon. Porygon-Z, (especially because i'm sick of seeing Porygon2 every single time i fight competitively) and either Mismagius(preferably) or Froslass. Mismagius because noboddy really uses it anymore, and Froslass to give her a better purpose in battle than Suicide set of Spikes->Focus Sash->Destiny Bond. Actually, i think all other Gen 4 Evolutions like Magnezone, Gallade, Honchkrow and all others deserve to Mega Evolve more than Toxicroak and Hippowdon. But then again, Mega Togekiss, Gliscor and Mamoswine would be pretty damn OP.
The thing is, overused powerful pokemon are the ones that usually get the mega evolutions. Lucario, Alakazam, Gengar, Scizor, Tyranitar. I mean, if Garchomp out of every other pokemon gets a mega evolution, you know Game Freak isnt worried about making OP pokemon OP-er. And in reality compared to pokemon like Garchomp, Lucario, and Alakazam, I dont see either Toxicroak or Hippowdon as being that over powered.
Mega Gallade? Defense and Attack are too dayum high! But still not OP...

Well when you think of it like this, their mega's replaced their stat boosting items. Instead of boosting a singular stat, it boosts multiple stats all at once and, for some, gives them a better ability (Lucario, Gardevoir, Mawile). So based on that alone, they're still considered OP to me.

My top five that should mega evolve:
5. Mismagius - Mismagius is a fairly good specially offensive and support pokemon that can Will-O-Wisp physical threats and then wall with Calm Mind. Because it's a Ghost it can block Rapid Spin too. I'd give the Mega Evolution Prankster and give it a big buff to its physical Defense and Speed with a smaller boost to it's Special Attack and Defense. Stat spread of 60/60/110/115/115/135.
4. Honchkrow - Honchkrow is a great physical attacker but is let down by its poor defenses coupled with mediocre speed. I'd give Mega Honchkrow Moxie and boost its Attack, Defenses and Speed at the cost of Special Attack. Stat spread of 100/155/82/75/82/111.
3. Bronzong - Bronzong is amazing at being a great wall, screener and utility with a good support movepool. Its typing is fantastic defensively, albeit weakened by the Steel nerf. I'd give Mega Bronzong Filter and boost its defenses by a lot, as well a minor buff to attack all at the cost of speed. Stat spread of 67/109/166/79/166/13.
2. Staraptor - Do I need to explain? No, so lets jump into it. I'd give the Mega Evo Gale Wings and massively buff its Attack and Speed, buff its defenses a little at the cost of Special Attack. Stat spread of 85/160/90/40/80/130.
1. Froslass - Froslass is a great pokemon with a few flaws. It lacks the offensive pressure to sweep and lacks the defensive pressure to do much. It's pretty much used as a spinblocker and spikes setter. I feel it needs to become a lot more offensive. Therefore I'd give Mega Froslass Snow Warning and massively increase its speed and special attack, with minor defensive boosts at the cost of Attack. Stat spread of 70/60/80/140/80/150. The reasoning for Snow Warning is that it gives Blizzard 100% accuracy so Mega Froslass can hit hard and fast.

As much as Mega pikachu sounds cool (and pika is my 2nd favorite pokemon ever since RBY) I don't see him getting a mega for multiple reasons.
1) Pika isn't fully evolved (Which would defeat the whole purpose of megas).
2) Pika has it's own item (the light ball), so the mega stone would be taking away from its main item designed for it.
There is one exception that might just work. Since you can't trade items from later gens to 6th gen, they might modify the light ball in ORAS so it also works as a mega stone, or maybe like Girahtina's stone (can't spell it correctly but its something like the Gricseous orb). They could pull something like this and I would be very happy, but otherwise, I don't see him getting a mega.

My idea for a sinnoh mega is Drapion. It could keep its poison dark type but get a stat total of 600 with stats like 70 hp, 100 atk, 150 def, 80 sp atk, 90 sp def and 100 speed. Ability could be pressure so it can tank physical hits while draining the PP of those moves to render physical attackers useless while it sets up toxic spikes and poisons opponents. As for appearence i'm not entirely sure but I suppose its pincers could grow in size and act like a shield and its tail pincer can be a cannon for toxic spikes and special moves like venoshock or sludge bomb. The eyes could be dark purple and its mouth could be filled with serrated teeth that could be for toxic as if it poisons the opponent by biting it, similar to poison fang. The mega would make one of the least used good toxic spikers one of the most used and give Drapion alot more fame and fans.. Disagree with my idea? Let me know by replying with what you'd change. I've run it through and it seems like the mega isnt too OP as it could be destroyed by something like earth power or mud bomb, also bringing those 2 moves into fame along with the mega as they're not used as much as they should be. Drapion also cannot heal itself unless it's holding the black sludge which would be replaced by drapionite so that adds to it not being too OP. The attack boost is there for Knock off and poison jab, arguably the best physical moves Drapion has.

I think that a Bug-Type wall would be interesting, I don't think you credited the Mega walls, like Mega Slowbro and Mega Sableye (Though I'm not sure ORAS was out yet) enough. I think that Vespiquen would be good retaining it's defenses, but maybe get rid of the flying typing, getting the Levitate ability, and gaining Psychic-typing.
