This episode somehow captured everything that makes this show so great in 20 mins. It's hilarious, incredibly sweet, gives every member of the cast a chance to shine, and even flexes its amazing side characters like JR, Orin, Animal Control, etc. 11/10 episode
Andy and April's marriage is legitimately probably one of the greatest, most healthy screen marriage ever. They make each other laugh, they have fun together, they play, they encourage each other, they don't let each other fall back on life excuses. They are the best.
@@TheBakuganmaster99 at this point in the series yes, but by the end they have enough to just implusivly buy a house and they end up with stable jobs they enjoy they do fine.
I love how Andy and April's wedding was unexpected, sweet, and true to who they are. Like Leslie, I questioned their decision to get married. But by the end of the episode, I find myself thinking they made the right choice.
This is why Andy and April are such a powerful couple. They completely subvert our expectations. The fact that they get married, do whatever they want, and have a healthy relationship is just so refreshing.
Season 3 is probably my favorite season in terms of feel goodness. But season 4, to me, has the strongest sense of plot and progression with these characters. I'm super excited.
This is the best episode of Parks & Rec up to this point in the series, in my opinion. It is probably a top 5 episode of the whole series for me. This season of Parks & Rec is with The Office season 2 as my favorite seasons of comedy of all time.
My favorite episode of the show. Andy and April's relationship was my favorite thing about the show. They are soulmates that were so supportive for each other. Andy was the first time we got to see April smile, they both made each other better.
The expectations of where episodes will go makes me lolz (someone would break up the wedding! etc.). They're very typical sitcom ideas...but Parks is not a typical sitcom.
My favourite sitcom episode ever (closely followed by Remedial Chaos Theory)! I've rewatched it so many times that I've probably memorised it, which helps me realise that they skipped over a lot of great jokes in this edit. The uncut version would be great for this. Anyway, this episode is the perfect representation of peak Parks and Rec. All the best elements of the show tightly packed, filled with amazing jokes, starting off with one of the best cold opens and containing perhaps the most underrated talking head ever (Leslie's bends monologue).
Overly energetic people are the perfect kryptonite for quiet goth kids. I've been to tons of parties where that Chris event happened almost exactly the same.
This episode is the most romantic thing I've ever seen. The show has a lot of it, but this episode takes the cake. The character development on this show is excellent. The writers are awesome and the cast is amazing. :)
+The Normies apparently nobody knew that he was planning that tooth pulling gag and ALL OF THOSE SHOCKED REACTIONS ARE GENUINE!! As you could imagine one would react that way when witnessing what you believe to be someone ripping their tooth out right in front of you like it’s no big deal
Um source? I'm pretty sure that was scripted. There's even a blooper of Nick Offerman accidentally pulling out the entire set of fake teeth he had on for the scene. I can't imagine a gag that big would be improvised, and more importantly I can't imagine they'd let Aziz pass out and act like it's no big deal lol.
Is Mindhunter really that good? It's on my list of shows to watch. As excited as Micky got when he seen season 2 was out has me thinking I need to move it up to the top of my list.
+The Normies So are you guys loving this show or what? Parks and Rec is definitely in my top 15 favorite shows and definitely my top 2 comedy sitcomy type shows. I REALLLLY HOPE AMY POEHLER CAN CONVINCE EVERYONE AND NBC TO COME BACK FOR A SEASON OR TWO!! It is just so sad to think about how easily it could be done and how many things they can still touch on storywise but yet it most likely won’t happen. SAME GOES WITH BROAD CITY!! SPEAKING OF HAVE ANY OF THE NORMIES WATCHED BROAD CITY? IF NOT YOU GUYS SHOULD DEFINITELY DEFINITELY CHECK IT OUT (on Hulu) and possibly react if there’s an opening in the schedule ;).
Oh wow, this time I had to wait more than 20 seconds for Micky to tell me that this was gonna be a really good episode. I almost didn't know what to expect, when starting the video.
7 minutes before start of the video is a bit much maybe? :P I really like the channel but the percentage of non-reaction related content in the reactions is maybe a bit high.
Just skip it and watch the reaction. I used to watch the full video with pre and post discussions on all of their reactions I watched. But it became kinda stale. They repeat a lot of the same things and it becomes a bore to watch. All of their commentary is the same and they've added ads + standard ''this is not a market substitute'' monologues. Highly skippable. Just scroll until you see the reaction start in the preview box.
The "romance" between Leslie and Ben is probably the least believable television relationship I've ever seen. I don't buy them being romantically involved if they're the last two humans on earth.

-legitimately- *LITERALLY*
No wonder America is falling apart if they view this as a healthy standard. They are fun and cute but they would die if they were real.

And this, guys, is the beginning of the greatest couple ever in the history of tv series.
Seriously. It only gets better from here.
Well, the beginning of their marriage. They were technically already a couple.

It was Donna who yelled "What the [Expletive]."
I always forget how many of the classics are in S3. Truly the epitome of Parks and Rec’s episodes.
Ahhh yess. Here we go. The right episode. This is my favorite one of the entire series.

I always took lil sabastian to be the opposite of Jerry, just as Jerry is out-of-character hated by everyone, lil sebastian is out-of-character loved.
you have no idea how long I’ve waited to see your reactions to one of, if not the best, cold opens of this series
Or any other series
Andy and April are one of my favorite fictional couples of all time! So glad you guys got to witness this moment in the show!
This is one of my most fave PnR episodes and I cried like a baby in it!
The wedding! They're arguably the best couple ever on television!

"So not only does this thing exist, but now you've deprived everyone of cake!" 10:36

I love this episode so much and how it caries forward in the rest of the series, its so cute and wholesome and I love it 💖
Their wedding legit made me cry.
thats so cute i hope you have/had a great wedding (:
I think we are owed 2 for the mistake Normies.

Chris is City Management. Ben is Assistant City Manager. That technically makes him Ron and Leslie's boss.
This show just nails wedding episodes. In and out, doesn't over do the drama just makes it a sweet thing.
All throughout this episode I was worried Ann was going to come and ruin it😂so glad she didn’t
