well not exactly, it's everything money can get you by spending it. Money itself isn't the core of evil but the greed for money is without spending it. I mean spending money is fine if you want to save on cash but never spending it at all just cause you want the money is greed, and greed is one of the seven deadly sins.

I found out one day that one of my friends in highschool told his mom he was at my house whem he was with other friends. He did this because his mom viewed me as a better influence. Illt never forget about that haha. The way I found out was I called his house and asked to speak with him (this was before cell phones) and his mom said " Isn't he at your house?" Quickly realizing the situation, I said, "oh yeah, but he went to the store a bit ago and he's still not back so I was seeing if he went home." Lol
