- A few weeks ago we at THE SHOW did a weekly high-score challenge for the arcade original Kangaroo by Atari and Sun Electronics . I grew up with the Atari 2600 home port that my older brother owned and we played it quite often back then . In this video I will play the Atari 2600 port , the Atari 5200 port and , finally , the original arcade release . Let's take a look at how the three versions compare and differ from each other .

11:00 I've always loved the color palette for this game 👍👍
You got lucky there at the time stamp and that's what I like about Super Burger Time with the peas when they're turned sideways walking down the ladders you can scoot by them
Anybody who played kangaroo as a kid will always remember that music when they hear it with sound unseen the worst part about it is having to press up to jump having to press up to jump has never been a mechanic I've enjoyed with video games ever not that I don't like video games that you have to do that obviously because it just takes a little bit more skilled to do it but I would prefer my jump to be a button
💯 🔥
Great job had dun playing this on our challenge
😊
I loved it 🦘 🥊
Great game !!!!
I didn't play it often because I didn't understand the rules. I was really too young to understand most of the early 80's arcades, 😆. Dig Dug, Galaxian, and Pac-man were really understandable. I did see the Atari 2600 cartridge for this game and i do like the artwork. Playing it now during the challenge was a fun experience. The monkeys are still cheaters, lol.
🐒 👊🏻 lol
JUMP JUMP!!! :D :D
😆 🤣
What do you mean you're playing on the 400 mini unfortunately fortunately go ahead and play tons of games on the 400 let's see how it plays I wish I had one
