I didn’t have cloves powder and shah jeera so added cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger powder for the spices and fruits - dates, mix of dried black n golden raisins, cranberries, blueberries and cherries.. rest all same. After you cool the cooked fruit mixture, if you want you can add 1/4 c rum.
