Very nice video. I like how you showed the night ride as KI has the best collection of coasters for night rides in the world. Also with everyone expecting this GIGA do not be surprised if this is a STRATA, making it the only coaster with a lift hill (no launch) over 400 feet in the world, as well as shattering every record with tallest, fastest, longest, Etc. Etc. KI is my home park and we have been waiting for something BIG since S.O.B. left us.

What the heck is "Demondback"? There is no ride at KI called 'Demondback". However, they do have a ride called 'Diamondback' and it's way different from this one.
The lats seem too intense for a coaster this big and fast. Then again, that makes this a uniquely intense B&M giga. I guess it's a matter of opinion. Either way, awesome ride!!

I'm not getting my hopes up. Just purely speculation. And just because you work there does not mean you know everything that is going on behind the scenes. We will just have to wait and see. Along with the files that were submitted to Warren County where B&M was listed as a company the park was working with. For all we know, it could be a giga, dive, or wing, or a completely new model, but the giga most definitely is top pick in a lot of peoples minds.
Of course idk everything because i only work there seasonally I’m really just saying don’t be disappointed if it ends up not being a giga I mean I want it to be one as much as you since they do need one but if they end up building some other type of coaster just pretty much don’t be disappointed if it’s not

He said that he was tasked by Cedar Fair to put together a presentation on what capital projects he wants to see happen in the next few years and he said that in that presentation he said that they need to have a giga. This does not mean its confirmed as it could've been put on hold or shot down all together, but it is another piece to the puzzle. But I would not be surprised if a giga did come.
Very nice presentation. But if your going to use the the name Beast. I'd like to see something low to the ground . That goes out into the woods and uses the terrain. With some I305 types of turns. And some tunnels. And maybe huge loop to pay homage to SOB. Dosent have to be the tallest Giga but make it the longest. That way you can still keep Carowind fans happy. But still deliver the best coaster ever.
Love this concept. The only thing i would change is the direction. There is so much land back there in the opposite direction and it could include a new midway expansion back there past the theater
If Cedar fair does this, they rather need to make a giga that goes through the woods like the original beast. To put in something like this is too typical and would flop. Kings Island has a tremendous amount of land and woods and needs to make use of it with the next big coaster, especially if it is named after The Beast.
Kevin Klasmeier this would go through the woods, and it honestly wouldn’t flop. The plot of land that this would be on takes up a bunch of land and will use the woods as the theme alluring to the Beast. Not only that but this would also uphold the Beast tradition of offering an intense ride, along with a good night ride.
The coaster looks pretty good except for some of the Rolling that the car does on some of those turns looks like it would make some people extremely sick or hurt. Other than that it looks good.
This has potential to be better than Steel Vengeance. Everything seems excellent except that more trees around the ride would make the ride way more thrilling and also contribute to the theme. But other than that, the ride seems amazing. There's no mid-course brake run, pacing is consistent, and the final brake run is not until the very end. Just so you know, I would not consider myself an enthusiast nor GP. But I have the knowledge of an enthusiast but I don't ride roller coasters as much as one. I have other interests, and you should too.
if they make this it should be called mother beast .with her son son of beast in the station and the beast.she have red and black seats and a lovely red and black station .a lovely woman with yellow eyes like her son looking at you before you get on the ride .so cool it will be
This is awesome! Two comments, super small. First, I LOVE the layout, but a coaster with so many quick changes in banking would more likely be an Intamin, and two, I would build the whole brake-run at an angle rather than just a portion, it makes it more comfortable that way.
This would be a great addition to Kings Island. This would make good sense since there is Fury 325 at Carrowinds. We already know that Kings Island signed on to B & M for the project in 2020.
So much steel named coasters. First Steel Vengeance in Cedar Point, then the Steel Curtain in Kennywood, and now the Steel Beast for Kings Island. Edit: just found out that this isn't an official ride. But still, all amazing coasters.
