It’s important to see both sides! It’s also important to follow the facts. You seem hell-bent on KR guilty to the point of closing your ears when you hear something that doesn’t fit your narrative. Makes me question your logic. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Why wasn’t anyone in the Alberts home investigated? It was a sham investigation. They only saw KR and that’s not an investigation. ADA Lally, Proctor, Yuri and others may not have a job after this sham trial. We’ll have to wait and see. I know the governor of MA is watching and she’s not happy about Proctor. Justice can be served cold too. OJO from the other side will not stop till the people who murdered him are stopped. And he won’t let anyone but the murderers get there due cause. Only then will he rest in peace.

They never search the house. You follow all leads. You are an FBI agent of 28 years and don’t consider searching the home owners house. Then if no evidence of a fight or blood in the house, then focus on a possible vehicle accident.

Everyone who participates in witness intimidation or jury intimidation deserves to be in jail. We as a country cannot begin to allow this because it can lead to serious consequences.
Praying for the jury to know and understand and listen and take notes and look over all evidence. Hopefully next week the witneses bring in the homerun ⚾ to justice for John O'Keefe 🙏🇺🇸
She went to house and saw him. All she had to do when she hit him "accidentally" was run into Alberts...they could have saved him...house full of first responders and a nurse ...sick
@barb417 KR couold not handle being charged with drunk driving and hitting someone. Her image came before John's life. Just like her court trial shows it's about Karen Read and not the truth.
Any normal person in that situation if they really didn't hit them would have been banging on that front door demanding to come in and find out what the hell happened. She never even asked anyone anything about John. She didn't have to because she already knew what happened to him and exactly where he was. It's so obvious.

Why does Lally have to show he was "punted across the yard" (not my words). John was alive. Couldn't he have stumbled up onto the lawn after being hit, before collapsing. Could also explain why Karen thought he was alive after she hit him - she saw him moving.
I’m pretty sure many who are pro KR are anti police imo. Wonder if it would be the same opinions if it were a male defendant? This case is a mess imo. Good analogy Jen! Lally needs to bring this case together in a way that anyone at any level of intelligence can follow easily and understand. This is his case to lose. His closing has to get straight to the point and address every element staight on clearly. Use posters to further visually drive key points home.
Hi Jennifer, how troubling it is that your daughter is ill and away from home! Yes, have prayed for her safety and wellness! Also, love & appreciate the interviews here. Personally, i like the 45 mins to an hour chunks best since 2.5 hrs is daunting and harder to keep track of where i left off on busy days. TH-cam used to keep a red line at the bottom of vids so you could pick it up again but, that red line bookmark doesn’t happen anymore. Bummer, maybe its my settlings, i dunno. Thanks again, Jennifer!
I'm just hoping the jury will see that all the defense theories are simply illogical. I understand that Yanetti and Jackson are doing the best they can for their client, but if I were a juror, I would be offended by their aggressive behavior toward innocent witnesses as well as by KR's arrogant, flippant behavior in court.
I think she did it but not intentional. I believe the wrong charges were filed. I think the police and troopers need to learn there is a reason to follow protocol and be professional always and don’t work cases with personal ties. So sad now there will be no justice
As sad as Officer’s death and impact on his family, equally tragic is how the Read case reveals the death of our cultural understanding of our legal justice system. The extrajudicial circus is created equally by both sides; while posters and screaming are visually disruptive, on a deeper level somber discussions of judgment at this juncture are equally disruptive to our system of justice. It’s all variations of a mob mentality and discredits our jury system. As flawed as our justice system is-it remains the envy of the world. Karen Read will not be found innocent-she will be found guilty or not guilty based on whether the state has proven beyond a reasonable doubt its case. And we all should respect and accept that.
What about HOW KAREN READ HAS BEEN TREATED?? What if it were YOU, YOUR SISTER, YOUR DAUGHTER?? None of the people standing outside that courthouse are being paid, do YOU honestly believe Vinnie, and the other very REPUTABLE LAWYERS would risk their reputation? What about Sean McDonough?? Ma’am, don’t worry, the defense didn’t have to pay for crime scene reenactment. The FBI AND DOJ blessed the commonwealth with that gift.

I feel so bad for DA Lally. Trooper Proctor was the biggest mistake of this case. He should have removed himself as an investigator.

A 7000 lbs SUV hit him. He was thrown, and it is common for shoes to fly off when people are hit by cars.
