  • Talk’s Ian Collins is joined by International Editor Isabel Oakeshott to discuss the launch of Reform UK’s “contract” to voters.
The party has plans to scrap Net Zero targets, introduce “smart” immigration, and ensure zero-tolerance policing.
Isabel says Reform UK leader Nigel Farage “is seeking a journey” for the party towards the 2028/29 general election.

Already the so called experts like the IFS are criticizing Reform's budget proposals which means the party is on the right path.
Just like Brexit we need all of us to have the courage to vote Reform and let us all go on a journey to reclaim our great country.

There are 650 MPs at Westminster and 640 of them refused to attend and participate in the commons debate on the excessive deaths of British citizens. This utterly despicable conduct was a slap in the face to our suffering people, to our dead and to us. My vote is now so important that my very mortality depends on it!

I liked the part of the reform contract stating all these who haven’t paid into our system etc get nothing for 5 years.. this to me would be a game changer and I feel would stop 90% of these economic migrants coming in the first place and in return will save us as the taxpayers literally hundreds of millions of ££’s each year!
Definitely reform will be getting mine and all my families votes.

Unfortunately I had to go to A&E at a major Nottingham hospital two weeks ago. In the time I was there, around 9 hours, the absolute state of this country was laid bare.
Firstly the waiting times. It took me around 2 hours to be seen by triage, then a further 7 hours before I was seen by a doctor. I also had one of the doctors lose two items of my possession whilst I was receiving treatment.
Secondly a first hand look at the state of the UK policing. There were several people in grey scrubs admitted to A&E in the time we were there. All accompanied by at least two police officers. All of these were young men, and there was one young asian female. All of the young men were in handcuffs and closely monitored. The young asian female was allowed to walk in with no handcuffs, head straight for a young asian girl two seats away from us who was waiting for treatment after being assaulted in her own car, and launch a physical and verbal avalanche of abuse which included throwing both of her shoes at the girl waiting for treatment, one of which hit her in the head. The police offices (two young males) at this point escorted her away, but with minimal restraint, and she still was not restrained or placed in handcuffs whilst being processed at reception. It turns out that this was the girl who committed the assault in the first place. Can you imagine being taken to hospital after being assaulted, then having the police escort the suspect into the same hospital and being assaulted again by the same person?
And finally one of the saddest stories I have ever heard. I got chatting to a man named Tim. Tim was in A&E with mental health issues. He told me he flits between bouts of being homeless and sleeping rough, and sheltered accommodation. He actually welcomes being in the hospital because he is safe and he can sleep. Tim joined the armed forces in 1997 and was sent to Afghanistan in the early 2000's. Tim was discharged from the army in 2004 due to a complete mental breakdown after watching his best friend get shot in the head at point blank range by The Taliban, and as a consequence turned to drink and drugs. Tim even now is a lovely guy who seemed very well educated, especially on political issues. This man served his country for 7 years, including 3 years on the frontline of a war risking his life for this country, and aside from a very small army pension he now has nothing. All of this whilst there are currently 60,000 migrants housed in British hotels at the tax payers expense.
Please vote for Reform. The complete and utter absolute state of this country, It physically makes me sick.
