I am facing the same problem and cant find any solution, is the piano in the video an acoustic or electric piano, also suggest if you have any tips for fixing this problem on an electric piano
The piano in the video is an acoustic piano. The cause of this sound will be completely different on an electric piano than shown here and we don't have experience with electrics.
Nice fix. But I also noticed some minor hissing noise when the pedal is off. My son's piano has a few keys making the same noise. I wonder if that could be reduced.
That sounded like audio clipping to me in this particular case through my headphones. The rattling/hiss you hear is probably something sitting inside the piano like a coin or a loose object rattling in harmonic with the key being played. Definitely have a piano tech come take the action out and look under it.
