I just thought that it was possible to catch a kelpie only with a special lasso and carrots on a stick, but I caught this garg with ordinary food, I think it's rare to meet such a thing as you think, I was lucky to catch a ground kelpie, just if the kelpie sleeps in the water and runs away from the water, it's still impossible to catch it with ordinary food
Also, for the NPC quests, you gotta talk with 1 npc at a time and finish their quest but once you accept one, you go to wherever the arrow leads to and grab the box of apples, then you deliver it to the drop off point.
I made my demon kelpie with fantasy wings, I’m kinda sad it wasn’t a draft, but I’m glad that I got one with many teeth which was definitely what I wanted. I like my one now.
Sure! Certain traits are paired together and transfer during the breeding process, e.g mane/tail, pattern/bottom coat, paint/topcoat. Also it's a good idea to lock in your Male/Female with correct eye color first before breeding in traits.
When it comes to colors, look at the Plant's color combos in the discord. If the color is a cross variant or rarer e.g 'Pepper' which is Dough + Cherry. Try to put them into a different horse breed like Uni's. Uni traits do not transfer to horses except for the colors and the size plus gender.
Question, do you had to fit a certain criteria to get that kelpie? I went to check the game after I saw this video and it never gave me the pop up nor the horse-
I figure since my alt isn't at kelpie level yet, I won't have one either. But otherwise I think if you already have them unlocked it's just RNG as to what you will get.
@@MumazingGaming I've had the kelpie unlocked for a while and still didn't get any of the rewards, saw some other people with the same problem, kinda sucks

You can get then from getting 50%+ (I think, maybe a bit higher or lower, I believe you can check the rewards in game) on the cosmetic contest! It usually gives one, but some people sell them for 10-20k aswell! :3
It seems that early donators during the Alpha and Beta versions of Horse Life and who have also unlocked Kelpies, have received the rewards that include the Demon Kelpie. My alt didn't get one as I started it after the game was in full release.

U need to get trough the lf circles if not u gotta go an extra round until u get it

Get your body traits locked in as well as size and eye color, then focus on the colors.

You don’t, you just might have had a glitch! You get one no matter whether or not you’ve unlocked the kelpies. Check again, you might have it now
I didn't have my kelpie quest finished and I got the kelpie it's probably because your stables were full
