In her other performances, she looked happy. You could see it in her eyes. This one may have more energy, some think, but her eyes aren't the same. She looks like someone trying to hold a mask in place, not someone that is happy. That's what people wanted to see, her fall and they got it.
When BP was touring in japan, she fell onstage, and sprained her left foot, tbh THAT SRSLY HURTS, I wouldn't even perform if I was her, but sadly BP has only 4 members, and it's kinda lame to see only the three members, so jennie's sacrifices made her looked lazy, don't blame the haters tho, they don't know a thing, they only know how to judge lmao

True blinks or anyone who loves kpop or even people who love music, in general, would know the difference before commenting. I admit there were recent performances where she wasn't giving 100% but that doesn't give people the right to judge whether she is deserving of a solo or not. First of all, we don't know Jennie personally but the one thing we do know is she is a HUMAN too! Secondly, we don't know what it's like to be an idol let alone the time and effort you have to put in beginning from pre-debut. From what I can see, Jennie probably has the busiest schedules which include going abroad both by herself and with members and then coming back to perform while still preparing for her solo. I don't know about anyone else but that seems draining as hell. Tbh, there was already lots of haters for Jennie because of her 'RBF' (though I do think she could've controlled her expressions a bit better in appearances) and YG's special treatment. He should've made it clear what is expected of an idol, even if you only had less than 10 songs, in their OWN concert, to perform their best. So I'm not a blink, so didn't know anything about Jennie's personal life before this. I just casually follow bp. I saw the hate she was getting for being "lazy", but to me it looked like she was struggling, not being lazy, so I decided to look into it. She talked about motion sickness issues on bptv, and upon further research, there are a lot to cases of dancers being unable to dance properly as a result of motion sickness or inner ear problems. That would explain *a lot* of the "laziness" (e.g. when she lowers her head and has trouble lifting it back up in boombayah and doesn't do the head spins). Like I said, I'm not really a blink so it's not like I'm going out of my way to defend her, this is just a conclusion I formed myself after doing some unbiased research. People are who are calling her selfish, or actual blinks who are jumping on the hate bandwagon are lacking compassion and critical thinking skills, imo. I feel really bad for the hate Jennie gets just for existing and for being a human with bad days like everyone else. I really despise fans and the "we made you, so we'll break you" mentality. This is why so many idols suffer silently with mental health issues. Any display of emotion or "weakness" and your fanbase turns on you. Like did you really love this idol, or did you just love what they could provide for you? If you call yourself a fan, then you should care about her as a person, not just a singing/dancing robot for your entertainment!

True blinks or anyone who loves kpop or even people who love music, in general, would know the difference before commenting. I admit there were recent performances where she wasn't giving 100% but that doesn't give people the right to judge whether she is deserving of a solo or not. First of all, we don't know Jennie personally but the one thing we do know is she is a HUMAN too! Secondly, we don't know what it's like to be an idol let alone the time and effort you have to put in beginning from pre-debut. From what I can see, Jennie probably has the busiest schedules which include going abroad both by herself and with members and then coming back to perform while still preparing for her solo. I don't know about anyone else but that seems draining as hell. And lastly, for those posting harsh comments, how would you feel if you are constantly expected to be perfect and then being criticized for something you've dedicated pretty much half your life to? Honestly, I'd say she definitely deserves this and I'm excited about the other members' solo debut because I know they deserve this too. Remember anyone can make mistakes even idols

He should've made it clear what is expected of an idol, even if you only had less than 10 songs, in their OWN concert, to perform their best. So I'm not a blink, so didn't know anything about Jennie's personal life before this. I just casually follow bp. I saw the hate she was getting for being "lazy", but to me it looked like she was struggling, not being lazy, so I decided to look into it.
She talked about motion sickness issues on bptv, and upon further research, there are a lot to cases of dancers being unable to dance properly as a result of motion sickness or inner ear problems. That would explain *a lot* of the "laziness" (e.g. when she lowers her head and has trouble lifting it back up in boombayah and doesn't do the head spins).
Like I said, I'm not really a blink so it's not like I'm going out of my way to defend her, this is just a conclusion I formed myself after doing some unbiased research.
People are who are calling her selfish, or actual blinks who are jumping on the hate bandwagon are lacking compassion and critical thinking skills, imo. I feel really bad for the hate Jennie gets just for existing and for being a human with bad days like everyone else.
I really despise fans and the "we made you, so we'll break you" mentality. This is why so many idols suffer silently with mental health issues. Any display of emotion or "weakness" and your fanbase turns on you. Like did you really love this idol, or did you just love what they could provide for you? People have the audacity to call her lazy: you wanna know why because people pay 100 dollars just to see her perform on stage but all they see is full of disappoinment to her, so they have the right to Judge or criticized her. Even though there are reason behind it but you gotta understand that fan paid money on her concert so She should atleast do her best because if She didnt then She is mostly likely to bring the Bp down and that Will ruined their Career as a artist.
