I started with a '17 Challenger R/T & traded her in for a '18 Challenger Scat Pack and alot of people sleep on them R/T's & the power they possess.."Dodge, the brotherhood of muscle"
*At the beginning (seconds 9 to 15) that was a great technique for extending the longevity of the rear tires! I know, a little boring but effective in the long run.* 😄
@@IraqxvHey brother I'm an E-6 right now, I highly HIGHLY recommend you save up a few paychecks, and don't EVER go to a nearby dealership. E-1 through E-3 pay sucks, I'll be up front about that. Save up some cash for a good down payment, and then consider probably an 11-14 R/T, they're affordable and still gives you tons of fun.
I really enjoyed this video I have the same car 2017 6 speed manual it’s a fun car to drive I wanted one since the age of 10 I was born in 71 my next Mopar is a 71 RT
I ordered RT 2022, waiting for it to arrive so I can go pick it up. Mine has a Performance handling, and Performance Plus package, along with driver Conv, technology, blacktop, and a few other options. Kinda nervous because I've never owned an American car before, and heard a lot of negativity around reliability and maintenance.
As long as you properly maintain the car, you should have no issues, oil changes every 5000, spark plugs every 50k and trans fluid/rear diff fluid every 80-100k should work flawlessly longer then you'll own it haha I know my 06 charger rt has been mostly fine and it has 300k km's on it, Ive had it since it had 85k km's
dude that's awesome. how do the coilovers ride? i thought i'd go with sportline springs but if those coilovers ride smooth that might change my mind. got my heart set on one of these now, just gotta wait a couple years.
the coil overs have 30 way adjustable dampening..so you can adjust to however you like! I would compare them to the ride of the scat packs out of the box.
Nice vid, man! Love the purple… Say, I’ve got an 09 R/T 6M and it feels sorta “janky” when I’m driving it (if I let out the clutch too fast it ‘jerks’ back and forth- VERY SENSITIVE-)… especially if I let out the clutch too fast I get a real good head banging session. So I’m wondering if the newer model 6Ms do that as well? Thanks! Edit: i’ve been driving sticks my entire life, and so I’d say I’m pretty good at them, but I’ve never experienced the sensitivity like I have with my six speed manual on this 09 challenger.
thanks man! tbh with my personal experiences with the challenger i was able to keep it smooth majority of the time. occasionally would it jerk if i was to semi dump the clutch half way.
I have a 21 challenger 6 speed and have a weird issue when shifting in lower gears with the car jerking. I tried many different ways of shifting and had others try and drive my car. Any tips or ideas I can do to fix this?
sounds like you may need to slow down on clutch disengagement slow your foot down between shifts and let off smooth with the clutch.. and it should not jerk anymore
@@OleUnreliable very important skill to have when driving a manual car lol so many people I know that drive them and don't know how to rev match downshifts, I feel bad for their cars lol
Such a beautiful color. I just picked up a 2020 frostbite r/t but man, that plum color is so amazing.
You have the best colour bro. Frostbite is the best imo. But that's subjective.

That's the best hood for these cars, it always bothered me they put that style of hood on the Rams
Why you don't shift to 4th gear you skip it?
How come?

factory reproductions FR-73 or demon reps
Do you have a ig

No pistol grip shifter what gives
It’s not your car. What do you mean?
I personally like the stock ball. Always thought the shifter mods make the car look cheap. Nice car man.
