That's really wonderful! What I like most is that it's also a tribute to Martin Shaw, one of my favorit actors. Both, Shaw and Collins were frustrated that they could hardly take any influence on the series. But Mozart was a suggestion from Martin Shaw. And it was soooo perfect to the situation of Doyle getting shot. "Discovered in a Graveyard" is my absolute favourite episode. They managed, also by Mozart, to make it touching and solemn with not being turgid at all. Viele Grüße aus Bonn!
5 STARS again!!! Simply majestic and relaxing video, where the music and the pictures are transporting us like in a dream :) have really appreciated it
Angelfish45... this is a Class-Act of a video... Beautiful music for a Truly Extraordinary Man. I hope one day, that I may be able to walk Doyle's Country with you, - till then, this Country of ours is a little sadder without having such a Delightful person as you within it's shores. Thank you so much for sharing your gift with us. Angel x
I've watched a lot of the Professionals videos - yours and others - and whilst they are all really good this is the first one that inspired me to write and say "Thank You"! Perfect music and lovely series of scenes to match.
Angel this vid is brilliant, the music and scenes you chose are so emotional and creative and took me to Ray´s world. You are not crazy you are a genius. Well done!!!!! Thanks so much
Thanks for sharing part of my journey....it meant a lot to me :-) PHEW, I'm glad you like the vid and thanks a lot for stopping by to watch and comment!! Now I'd better get back to writing ;-)
Thank you so much Angelfish45 for sharing this beatiful job, and the music. God knows I've wanted this music for a long time and so far did not know who it was. Thank you.
What a great idea - love the music and the choices of scenes you made. The calm music just seems to enhance the danger he faces every day, if this is the outcome of your trip to London I think you may just have to come back!
Wow babe, this one was a labour of love, wasn't it?! You've picked so many scenes I love, especially the bit from Slush Fund. Lovely to watch, thank you.
Welcome back Angel ! I'm very happy :D you return with your beautiful vids. I can see how trips to London inspirer youtubers ....and the result are so precious vids. I love this...every detail is great. The clips are perfect with this lovely music. Stars for you mate!
Lovely long vid, all the more to ogle the boy. The music fits beautifully and you have choosen some wonderful scenes for us to enjoy, thanks for this lovely Sat morning treat :-)
You're more than welcome :-) My *9/& **censored** Movie Maker doesn't like doing long vids and it refused to cooperate in the end sometimes, so I'm glad this vid could be finished. PHEW!! Thank you for stopping by to watch and comment.
@minahto Hi and thank you very much for your kind message. It means a lot to me as this vid is very special to me. I got the idea while visiting the location of Doyle's flat in DIAG and at first, it seemed a bit too weird or crazy. Moreover, I didn't know how to "DO" the vid properly and fussed a lot, but in the end, I was quite happy, so I'm really glad you like it!!
Thank you very much, mate :-) London trips are great, fantastic and very inspiring :-). The only problem ist that you don't want to go home. Of course, you have to go home one day and then you miss London ( or Mr. Doyle's Country as I like to call it, lol ) a lot. **big, big, big sigh**
I wish I had never left London, boohoo :-( I really miss Mr. Doyle's Country, lol. I'm so glad you like the vid and thank you for stopping by to watch and comment!
Oh, Angel....one day we will walk Doyle's Country together and until then England is perfectly safe and happy in your care! London is probably a safer place without a curly headed German pacing the streets, screenshots and map in hand, thinking:"Right, now where do I go from here? Anybody around to help me out?" LOL I'm really glad you like the vid and thank you so much for watching and commenting :-)
Yeah, Doyle is quite invigorating, isn't he? ;.) Thank you for stopping by to watch and comment. I'm glad you like the vid and sorry for those women ;-)
This was partly a labour of love and partly a labour of madness, I guess, lol, as I kept thinking "will this one work out?" I'm glad you like it and thank you for stopping by to watch and comment :-)
You're more than welcome :-) I got the idea for this vid walking along Oakwood Court ( trying not to kiss the pavement Martin Shaw walked on ), lol. I had no idea how to make it work, so I'm glad you like the result ;-) Thank you very much for stopping by to watch and comment!!
TAN BELLO MARTIN Y SE MANTIENE AUN ASÍ A SUS 78 AÑOS. ME ENCANTA, VIVI MI NIÑES Y ADOLENCIA CON LOS PROFESIONALES DE QUE TIENPOS AQUÉLLOS. SERIE DE CULTO, LA MEJOR DE ESA TIEMPO, QUE DUDA CABE ✍️
AWW, thank you so much :-) I'm soooooooo glad you like it! I felt way out of my depth and way outside the box while doing this, but somehow it worked out. PHEW :-)
I have to say I don't know who the pianist is. I downloaded the music ...the album is called "Mozart: Romantic Classic" and I haven't been able to find out who the pianist is so far. SORRY :-( I will let you know once my investigations lead me to a result! Thanks for stopping by to watch and comment. I'm glad you like it! I was quite nervous to post it and thought long and hard about it, but in the end, I decided to go for it.
It's actually Mozart's Piano Concerto no. 1, not Concert... Not enough Bodie for me. but the music was wonderful... How about a Bodie vid to some classical music? Rachmaninov, Vaughan Williams, Debussy, Chopin...? Yes, Rachmaninov: something to go with Lew's expressive face. Sentiment without sentimentality. Passion. Tenderness. Anger. Caring. Toughness.Gentleness.Very Bodie...
Angelfish, this video belongs to those that require really sitting down to Listen and to Watch. It's not something to be followed with only a half of your mind. Terrible... concentration at 1 a.m.???? impossible - if the target wasn't this specific specimen of male gender. I loved this - absolutely. I've always loved this music, and loved the clips - bit out of the ordinary ones - and the combination truly is touching and moving. Bra-vo.... despite those women. ;-)

What's the point of doing a forward roll before taking a position to fire a shot?
