Brilliant! Just bought one of these after loving the Ridge Monkey in the campervan but finding it too small for home use. I felt the pans should come apart but couldn’t see how. The little pin is black on mine and I couldn’t see it until I knew what I was looking for. Thanks very much for the detailed video.
