Picking slow and picking fast are entirely different things so this makes perfect sense…this never occurred to me before…excellent piece of advice…well done👍
Close observation shows that your "fast technique" at slow speed is NOT what you are doing at high speed! At high speed, you are using your entire forearm, and not so much if at all the wrist and fingers. When you used your "fast technique" at slow speeds, you were NOT using your forearm, you were using wrist/fingers, and keeping the pick motion very minimal. What I wanted to see, and what I struggle with mightily, is the TRANSITION from slow to fast and fast to slow. Because the technique does actually change, as you yourself are showing in this video. I was disappointed you didn't demonstrate doing slow->fast and fast->slow transitions, because that's where the challenge lies (IMO and experience).
