Nice little drive. That looks like a nice campground. Course seems like all of the campgrounds you guys go to are nice. Haven't seen a bad one yet. Oh that's a lovely looking meal!! Bet that food was delicious! Bummer it's raining. Look forward to seeing Stonehenge.

Lovely site Trevor , one of my favourites. It’s only about 50 miles from my home so I visit there often . Bus stop close by for trips to Bath or into Devizes ( lovely little town) . Super walks along the canal as well . Like you I’m an ex rallier and think that field is crying out for rallies or meets . Sorry I missed you and Su ,would have loved to have met you . It’s a lovely site in a very nice area. The wardens were most helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent. Great value at around £22 per night with hookup. 😃 Trev
I was born and brought-up in Devizes, although it has changed allot since we moved to the Midlands, I am in my sixties now but when visiting relations take the caravan down to the site that you are on, nice site, friendly staff.
Did you go to the Town of devizes?, sample the local Beer from the brewery (Wadworths), its a nice walk up the canal towpath in summer but very muddy in Winter.
You say that you are going to Stonehenge. when I was young (1960s) we used to go there and have a picnic on the stones, there was no restrictions in those days, another place that you might like is Avebury stones there is no admission free, and you can walk up close.

Hi Bob & Ang, We walked the towpath to Devizes but didn’t go in the brewery this time. We went to Stonehenge twice. Videos for both these experiences to come. Times have changed a lot. Commercialism has dominated these beautiful places now but now and again the beauty of their history shines through 😃 Trev
Another interesting vlog and a site we stayed at a couple of years ago. Lovely meals at the 3 Magpies and even before covid we had to book a table. Also nice to walk the canal into Devizes and visit the brewery as well as viewing the Caen Hill locks

Great Vlog Trev and Sue, Site looks lovely that food looked very nice and it taste as good. We love stonehenge we wild camped on the lane earlier this year. Merry christmas to you both.
We saw some vans in the lane, wished we had done that. You will see why in my video on 28th December. I have postponed release of the video to see if I get a response from the campsite.

Hi, we are seeing Joe and Sheila regularly but you may remember they moved to a village near Ipswich and they have been having problems with their Mercedes motorhome. They have been waiting for a part since the summer from the Mercedes commercial dealer that still hasn’t materialised. Hopefully they will be out with us again in 2022 👍🏻😃 Trev
