In the case of Vinita Sharma Vs Rakesh Sharma the decision apex court cleared that the daughters have equal right in accordance to ammendment of Section 6 of Succession Act 1956, but lower courts are still not taking action in pending case as per ammendment of Section 6 of Succession Act and dictum of apex court in the matter of Vineeta Sharma. Apex Court must issue the direction to lower court to solve these case in the level of fast track court in time limit even after age of 70 years Doughters are suffering due to pendency of case.
How the hell all judges are related to one another in one way or other. BV Nagaratna said she and Manmohan (Delhi HC CJ) were classmates and sat on same bench in college. She herself is daughter of former CJI. I mean is there no one else worthy of being a judge of HC or SC in India apart from 50 odd families to whom almost all the judges of HC/SC have belonged since 1947
