N.Flying's Leader VS Maknae Line [엔플라잉]

- Being N.Flying's leader is hard... and I don't know if Lee Seunghyub is Kpop's greatest leader but he definitely gets the title of the most patient one. I guess learning to be patient is a skill you must master in order to live with the wonderful Kim Jaehyun...
And not only does Seunghyub put up with everything they throw at him, he also remains a true leader who has his team's best interest at heart... sure he nags A LOT but nobody's perfect.
In terms of the maknae line... Hun is the one that is most interesting to me because it almost feels like he has too much power on his hands. He can do and get away with things Jaehyun would never. Luckily, Hun doesn't seem to be willing to abuse that power which is probably why he has it in the first place.
As for the other two... Hweseung and Jaehyun are a beautiful couple... between Jaehyun's lack of filter and Hweseung's dry witty humor... I would like to wish Lee Seunghyub good luck and even more patience for the future and all their onscreen appearances.

And when it comes to Seunghyub, I personally think a selfless, kind, passionate, talented and lovely leader like Seunghyub is one of the biggest reasons why N.Flying has such a perfect synergy like this. Of course he isnt perfect, he's a human too afterall but he always puts nflying before himself and I really appreciate it
I can't say this 100% because I don't know him and his real personality could very dfferent... but from all the footage I've seen since 2013, Seunghyub is the one member with most inner growth. This year specifically... just changed him. His eyes are so much more mature and...self aware.
Seunghyub and Hweseung, both in different ways just brought a lot of things that make N.Flying who they are today
Savy Guitar 2.0 During their journey to finally debuting in Korea you could see a coldness and fire in Seunghyub eyes building up through the years. Not a coldness as being mean and dead inside but of maturity and more grownup than his actual age, instead of enjoying his young adulthood Seunghyub was already responsible for the welfare of four people, two minors Hun and Jaehyun, the staff, the band, and everything it entailed when sent to Japan with barely of minimum necessities to make it in another country. The sparks and innocence of childhood slowly leached doubt of his eyes leaving behind a grownup adult instead of a young adult of late 10’s early 20’s. Even if N.Flying is gaining more recognition and attending more variety shows you can still see that coldness and fire in his eyes.

These are the reasons why i admire Seunghyub. He is the sweetest, kindest and most gentle person. The members love to tease and annoy him and it's adorable and sweet. He never gets angry (he probably gets angry too but he is so soft, he loves them so much). He always protects and compliments his members. He takes care of them, discipline but not too strict. I love him. Best father indeed!

I notice Seunghyub doesn't use his fist anymore when he is furious after Hweseung added into the group. He becomes more patient and rarely angry, or he becomes more matured and good with self-control.
he said in an interview that he thought about some things during the long hiatus before hweseung came and realized that he should listen to the members more and be a more matured leader
