One time I was doing toe circles on a strap bar that was high enough that I couldn’t touch the floor and I skinned the cat and was just hanging there. That shit hurt so bad and it took weeks for my shoulders to feel normal again.
As you can imagine, watching you guys skin the cat unlocked some dark memories
