FIRST 10K RUN - as a begginner

    At the end of November I recived an email from my uni about the race and decided to sign up with no prior experience. The race route was especially challenging because it was halfway up the hill x2. I did 5 trainings to prepare: 4k, 5k, 7k, 8k and 11.7k (no other runs expect that throught the last 10 years). I am quite athletic to begin with, as I do all different sports so that definitely helped me a lot. Remember comparing own progress to someone else's can often be misleading. It was a quite emotional 10 km run and I cannot wait to participate in more challenges like this!
