Mr. Batra you are too good. Just watched "Million Dollars Listing - India" . Being a resident of Gurgaon I must say that this is overpriced according to the area where this society is located.
Thanks to host for revealing interior of this house.. only problem in Gurgaon is the moment you come out from home what you experience is not great .. bangalore though is worst on traffic but you can have nice villa or apartment with amazing weather, food and culture .. same goes with Mumbai … some places in Delhi … important point to discuss is what is Gurgaon for investor to invest … well dubai is fun with such investment …
Video says 500 mtrs walking distance from the metro station. Who the bloody hell will walk from the metro station who has the luxury to buy this Penthouse? I will better commute in a Merc than a Metro 😂😂
What a poor use of space. It seems it's designed by a child playing with crayons for the first project. Just too much! Did the designer just intend to shove every idea coming in their mind into this house ? How did the owner even agree to this joke ? Please hire a better interior person the next time PS: its sushant lok and 13.5 cr is not at all justifiable for this poor view. The houses down below look like slums. Heck you can get aralias in 20 cr!!
Open closets in bathroom very unpractical approach…. In winters when we use geyser all the clothes will get moist and stinky…..useless kitchen according to indian cooking…..dangerous staircase design…..well i must say In an attempt to show his creativity, the designer has completely ruined the house….sorry to say but as a creative person I’m very disappointed…!!!

The house will heat up like a greenhouse because of the sunroom with the glass roof, otherwise it’s a beautiful sleek modern house.

what else can you think of ? --> the amount of heat the house will be generating if its not a dual pane reflective glasses.
13.5 crore for a penthouse is ludicrous. You can buy a 1 kanal plot in that and construct acc to taste and still have money left in the bank.
