Hi CGGMS, i did my timing at tdc without knowing it has to be at 30 degrees for gears to line up. Now i already closed the engine and started it but gears between crankshaft and diesel pump where not aligned. Can this cause problems for the engine. Please help i am now afraid of driving it because i discovered your videos. Its starting and reving well but not driven yet. Must i rebuild or it can be drivenn like that.a
