    Good info as always! One "reason" or perspective for wanting one or more backup supplies of power is from the prepper community. Would be interested in hearing about any areas of experience or interest you have in making a new home resilient to major disasters/apocalypse scenarios.

    Hola amigo, my architect friend from the US suggested I consider solar for backup power, I went with a whole house generator because the battery would not store enough energy to run my A/C, here at the beach. The cost would not have been worth it. The investment in the generator is well worth it.

    To be honest, I'm kinda confused since your first video about the project. Are you buying land for people to build a community on, or are you building an air bnb community?
