Alexis, I really feel like there is so much misinformation and fear behind what we're taught about the Middle East. Thank you so much for opening our eyes and giving your positive perspective. I've always wanted to visit Dubai, but now that desire is even stronger 💜
As a woman who was born in and lived in Brooklyn, NY for 31 years, I approve the segment about NY - which is exactly why I left to move south where the pace is slower. They call us “masculinas” I was raised to go grind and have side hustles “get money”. It’s so fast paced and made me anxious I knew since I was a child I can’t stay. When I prayed, I had to deep breathe for at least 10 mins first to feel connected to God. I went upstate once (where it is slower and dead quiet) and when i approached prayer I felt connected in less than a minute!! That was when i knew I gotta get outta the city. Thank you Lord for plucking my feet from the net and delivering me to a place of peace ✌🏽 And God bless Alexis for sharing the wisdom of divine femininity 👏🏽🙌🏽🧡🧡🧡
I also went to Dubai and can 100000% agree WHOLEHEARTEDLY w ALL of this! My favorite points you touched on is how feminine+masculine specific their way of life is, I believe that is why it works out so efficiently because this is the way we as humans are intended to be! I also love that the women are modest because they understand how valuable our bodies are and respect their bodies, it’s only right that if we want to be seen and treated as such then we must also treat ourselves as such. I love the respect that most men have for most women there and the culture of respecting the mothers and grandmas of the family for all the love and labor they give, as well as keeping the family intact after the kids turn 18. There is an abundance of love for the fathers and gpas Ofc just talking abt women rn mainly. Also while there I learned about the “sidewalk rule” where our tour guide (male) wouldn’t let us walk on the outer side of the sidewalk! He explained that he grew up being taught to always protect the women in his life and ensure their safety. Returning to the US after a trip to Dubai it becomes horrendous seeing it all highlighted how the way of life here is so detrimental to men, women, family units and beyond
I will start a new job tomorrow, because you told me to just call the money in. And guess what, my income there is almost three times my current income😭❤️
Hi Alexis! So happy for you and your upcoming move! Just wanted to let you know that you have completely transformed my life in less than a year, and I was initially introduced to feminine energy 4 years ago! Your message resonated with me more than anyone I’ve ever encountered. I am a new woman, and that is because of you! I thank you, I appreciate you, and I hope you get all the good and great things that life has to offer! Thank you for all that you do. ❤🥰
Aww Chels thank you!!! I am so excited hearing this for you girl! What an amazing inner work journey you’ve been on, I’m so proud of you and happy to be with you 🥰♥️
Hey Alexis! I’m 13 and I recently found your channel. I totally agree Dubai is one of the safest cities. I just come back from Qatar and it was so safe and so refreshing. Whenever me and my family went to a supermarket, there was always a man packing up our groceries for us, as well as unpacking our basket. The masculine energy there was over the roof. I stayed at Hilton the Pearl and the male staff were so approachable, so helpful and respectful. The women staff was kind and very friendly. The women dressed very modestly, and like you said there was no sense of competition. I totally recommend you try visiting Qatar 💗
I can feel that your presence is stronger now and you are charging us with beautiful energy! So happy with your decision to move, sending you love and light!✨️💫✨️💫
Thank you so much for displaying the Middle East in the real form! ❤ I am half Iraqi half Egyptian and have lived in the MENA region and also Canada and visited US a lot too. And I always wished people would know the truth about “women respect and liberation” in the Arab world . I am back in the MENA region now; and omg I love my life here so much more I can’t even begin to tell you am much happier in all aspects of my life; as a women you are treated like a queeeen! You are truly in your feminine and it just feels so natural! I feel this is our real form. Thank you thank you thank you for speaking on this ❤️
I was contemplating moving to Dubai for work. I have zero doubts now! Your Dubai videos came to me at the perfect time. Super interesting content. Thank you!💞
Alexis it was lovely meeting you in Dubai for the intensive! I felt the same exact way when I was there! It was my first time experiencing a city where I felt so peaceful. Truly an amazing city! Congratulations on the move dear!
OMGGG so wild and exciting that you’re moving to Dubai!! Love this for you Alexis! May God make this move easy and effortless for you. I have never been, but oddly enough I’ve wanted to move there for years just from everything that I’ve learned about it. The safety and values of the country is the #1 pull for me, as a young hijabi and mama. Please pray for me. I feel like this video is another sign for me not to give up on my dreams of living in such a city! I just got so excited all over again!
Aww Zaynah I appreciate you so much girl! Thank you for your prayers and love. I will absolutely pray for you as well. The way they treat women, and mothers especially is incredible. I hope you get to experience the level of sacredness in being a woman there. Sending you lots of love ♥️
Met Alexis like a week ago, she is the sweetest person ever so beautiful and kind and was nice enough to get out the car to talk to me, thank you Alexis I'm glad I've met you before you moved, congratulations on your move to Dubai 💗💕💗
This is so exciting Alexis! I am a big fan of putting myself in new cultures - I think it's very good for the mind. The western culture has changed a lot and has many deteriorating values. All the best with your adventure. :-)
Omg Alexis seriously I’m moving to Dubai now. This is it. This sounds ideal!! The area I live in really does not promote that slow peaceful life because it’s not so safe and you have to move quick and watch your back. And I’m always ready to say “not interested” as there’s lots of strange men 😂 so I feel like if I’m too friendly open warm lots of unwanted attention will come my way… and I was just thinking I’d love to be able to be freely warm and open in my environment without worrying about this.
Alexis ♥️ Please do a video on timelines and your highest self, so interested when you mentioned it in one of your other videos 💗 Can’t wait for your next livestream! 🥰🥰
Alexis, I travel extensively in South America and people in the States say the same thing to me!! Be safe it's dangerous there. I've only met amazing helpful people there. So much nicer and welcoming than our home in the U.S! Thank you for sharing your amazing takeways girl!!
I totally agree with what you said about New York. I was born there, but I grew up in the suburbs in Georgia and majority of my extended family lives in NY. Every time I go back, I always feel so aggressive, so masculine, and just on edge. A few months ago I visited for about three weeks, and I was kept thinking “I cannot see myself being a nice, positive person if I lived here.” The energy there is so rough and abrasive; you feel like an alien if you’re not.
Loved this video, it is very interesting to learn about the cultural difference between the U.S. and Dubai. I just wanted to say that we also eat plantains in the Caribbean as a whole, not only Spanish-speaking countries, I believe they are also common in parts of West Africa as well.
Congratulations Alexis omg you’re moving theree😍 my prayer from now on is to go there so that I’ll be able to connect with you. You’ve left an imprint on me. A massive amazing glowy one❤️ I appreciate you so muchhhh for doing what you do you have no idea how much I’ve healed and how better I am doing with just information you give out. Can’t wait for the time I’ll be able to get your coursesss AMEN!😂🤣💕💕 Sending you all the positive vibes and prayers❤
Thank you so much my sweet Aisha. I feel so happy everytime I read one of your comments. I am so happy to be with you on your journey. Sending you so much love and abundance ♥️✨😘
Yesssss most Islamic countries are very very safe!! Love it there, they treat and respect woman so WELL and honour us! Living in london and visiting Dubai a lot as a child/teen the contrast is so funny to me, going to Dubai in January after 4 years so I can’t wait!!
Wow Awwlexis 🥰. I dreamt of you doing a live stream and when I woke up, I had a feeling your video was going to pop up first on my TH-cam, and guess what.. it did. ❤️ My day already started on a good note ❤️❤️❤️
I've been to NYC a few times and i can see why the women say it's hard to be feminine there. I don't like it there at all. It just seems like everyone is in a bad mood and they're all taking it out on each other. It starts to rub off on you very quickly. You're constantly on the defense. I couldn't wait to get back home to my "flyover state". 😂 Many prayers to my new yorker sisters. It's not easy there.
Your videos are always so good to watch. Question; I know you’re into clean beauty. Have you found a perfume that’s clean? I know that fragrances can block estrogen receptors. I wonder if you’ve looked into this. Thanks for the great content!
@@awwlexis I always listen to your videos, so if you find one and can share it, I’d appreciate it. I’m currently using scented oils from Kuumba made. The Wind Dancer fragrance is my favorite.
I've always thought this and many friends disagree; I've always thought that we should not treat a "boyfriend" how you would treat a husband. I never cooked for my husband until we were married. He was so surprised that my food was so good! lol
Yes I agree, I've always and still believe you are single until married. Legally that is what it is in the U.S. and many other countries, you are not considered "next of kin" legally unless you are married (in the case of relationships), and so if God forbid something happens to your significant other and you aren't married, you will have no say in the matter, only their biological or legal family will.
Hey alexis I have been following your channel since 6 months now. I am a 17 year old girl may be one of the youngest in your community. I really wanna say thank you. You really added alot of value in my life I am doing way better than I was doing last year thank you for all the advice you give us on this channel I am so freaking grateful thank you so much. I've been seeing "men at work" my whole life in America & i've never left the country. So maybe those are only in certain areas? I still find that funny. Lol that photo is so beautiful.
What about your future kids tho? It’s not walkable, it’s car dependent and it’s not a real organic city. Just luxury and materialism. Also it’s a highly patriarchal society and women are still treated bad when it comes to politics, education, ‘man’ stuff.
This is typically what people who have never been to Dubai believe. Dubai is a very family friendly city, and much safer for women and children than the U.S.
@@awwlexis I don’t see you dismantling my last part of the comment. It’s a sexist society. Edit: when you compare it to the US, everything can be good lol. Europe is much better.
