Can you still buy a house even if you don't have the larger plot gamepass because I wanna buy one but it says the gamepass on it, so will it change anything or can I not get it?

New goal for bloxburg building: hide as many lonely lightbulbs and get away with as many as possible (side note- so glad to see all these new houses added to the game created by all these wonderful people and creators)
I know people are mad about the update, I was too, BUT after playing with the new update for a while here are the things I've started to actually like: 1) We can work at ANY job now!! I've started to really enjoy working at the supermarket job, and it's giving us more opportunities to work at any job without worrying about pay. 2) the hospital fees could be hinting to new map changes, possibly adding a hospital, which would be great for roleplay and just good for an overall map change, as it brings something new to the game. 3) I know people were complaining about the game passes (marvellous moods and premium) being useless now, but the hotfix has changed it so that the premium gamepass has even more use than it did before, because before it didn't have a lot of features. As for marvellous moods I do wish it had a feature to turn it off completely, but I'm glad they changed fainting from 5 minutes to 10 anyway. 4) I saw some people saying the build items are getting more ‘unrealistic’ but I personally really like them. I've already started a new build and have used almost all of the new materials and new doors for a more modern look! 5) the fees are OKAY! It gives some incentive to keep moods up like the game intended, but again, it would be great if they changed the mood gamepass to turn the fainting off. As with the towing bills, I really don't mind since I've always parked my car so it doesn't get towed anyway. Overall there are still some things im not so keen on, like the levels being near useless now, and the time spent to level up, I'd love to see them find a way to compromise with us and fix this! This is just my thoughts in it all after originally hating it, and I just wanted to share! ❤
The only thing i didn’t really like at first were the fees. But they can be easily avoided by adding them to your bill and not paying them. But the equal pay system is a little confusing for delivery
the main reason people got upset was because the switch of payment from job-specific experience to overall experience. this meant that people who were perhaps high in pizza delivery but really low in others were stuck with lower payments since their experience was down i think the switch was a bit immediate, but i personally am enjoying the new incentive to work other jobs, especially with the equal payment. its getting me excited to see how they can update some of the other jobs too, like the fast food workers!

sooo i suddenly missed the 4 kids family series and we all know the houses, especially the mansion is very great, i think i’d be fun if that mansion can be in the pre built houses on bloxburg, and kellurz’s builts are so amazing it should be shown and appreciated how good a builder she is!
I think it would be cool if there was a pre built house which was trees and a lake but there was a spot for a house so people could build it themselves

right of the bat, you can tell it's made by those content creators because of the color scheme 😅😂 like especially with akeila, it's common sense... My favs is definitely panda's, peetah's, and annie's builds😅 (cuz I'm a fan of big houses but I can't build it for myself lol, and its nicely detailed too) Every house is really nice tho, not surprise by the designs in panda's house too, she's a really good builder
they are so beautiful! btw i think you should try to build a Brazilian Favela(i was going to suggest the Palácio do Planalto building but i changed my mind) i didn't see anyone do that as far i can know!

yeahh both bloxburg and roville are based off sims, and sims 4 has a house gallery where people download homes from there!
