    but in your case created_date and modified _date are same at the time of insert.Your are taking max of modified _date in context ,I think it should take max of max( modified _date) and max(created_date) .then only it will be 100 % perfect

    Can you make a video to do incremental load using sequence key. Because surrogate key scenario will work for new records. How to handle updated records because for the the prod id value will not change.

    what if we have only created_on row with modified_on as 'Null' on next day ?..It will assign 'Null' value to last_run context right ? How we handle such situation then?

    If we didn't insert any dummy records in Target table then will it work? If not then how to handle that?

    • @LearningwithRohan
      @LearningwithRohan  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If dummy is not there, the first time data load will have issues. Alternatively You can try handling null value using nvl or case statements

    Hi, Rohan in my case my sap table has no Id, dates for max selection! How can we perform? delta load for sap to impala output.

    • @LearningwithRohan
      @LearningwithRohan  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You may want to request your sap source system contacts to include that info. It must be there but not exposed to etl. Sap tracks all history of changes

    Hi Rohan, Could you please make a video on how to run multiple sql queries sequentially in same job using only one component in Talend. I have seen some websites saying we can use tMySqlRow and set the jdbc parameters as "allowMultiQueries=true".
    Is this possible using tMsSqlRow too instead of MySql..?
    If yes, Could you please let me know the process and also Is there any other way to achieve this instead of this method..?
