    Good video. I had my 2600 delivered. They should secure the box better, ie: nylon banding, mine was out of the box from fedex guy pieces laying in drive way. I started assembly, and your right bad assembly instructions, all components need to be labled. I laid out screw holes on tracking bars and predrilled, held in place to drill through sled, not to bad by yourself. Also, I am not sure about screw locations, but I made sure all my screws were on the side or underneath the bars as not to contact the skin/fabric, that should emphasized in instructions. I will attempt skin installation today.

    Very entertaining! Thank you for sharing!! How’s the flipover doing? Since having the 2600, have you had any issues with the pole locking mechanisms sliding in or any issues with the flipover at all? Anything you’d change/improve?

    • @Fillet_Release
      @Fillet_Release 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No issues with it at all with any of the locking or sliding mechanisms. Well if ice gets in the pins they stick but only happen once. That’s only because melt and freeze again, as mine stays on my trailer outside. They only change/improve is the crap bolt/rivet in the seats. I had one seat break last year but I have left it out.

    For the chair assembly, is the front black piece supposed to be flush with the sled? I can't seem to figure it out on mine as it doesn't sit flush.

    • @Fillet_Release

      Yeah that is my least favorite part. I didn’t take the skin off because I didn’t won’t to mess with it again lol!!

  • @esond
    @esond 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    If someone finds this comment, I used a bunch of binder clips (any stationery store) and squeeze clamps to get the skin in place when attaching the stripping at the back. If you get that part right the shack works so much better overall.
    The thing that confuses me still is they tell you to take the entire skin off when storing it for the summer. But… I screwed the skin to the tub? 🤨

      @Fillet_Release ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe I will next year. I feel they are just about the same, it’s just what color scheme you like more. Many have told me to look at getting clam next. I see they make a much lighter version with tons of room now. That’s what I’m looking for to get in and out of the truck and drag around.

    • @shaunsmuder1637
      @shaunsmuder1637 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry to tell you but they are not even close to being the same the color has nothing to do with it, It's all about the material they use, Insulation, stitching, fabric, poll design, and Warranty. I can speak from experience clam's customer service and warranty department is top notch best in the industry, they stand by there products.
