Great video, I just subscribed. I am wondering if you have "recipe" card available? I was trying to copy all your instructions but would love to have a more accurate recipe to refer to. I also tried to sign up for your newsletter but it did not seem to go through. Looking forward to learning much more from you. Thanks for sharing your expertise.

Here is the recipe card for you, I will make sure to have one for each recipe.
      **Ingredients**
      * 1 cup of bone broth (chicken or beef)
      * 3 tablespoons of high-quality gelatine powder, ideally organic
      * Flavours (optional): rock salt, honey, or a little squeeze of lemon-your choice!

**Method**
      1. Begin by heating the bone broth until it's hot but not boiling, then pour it into a bowl.
      2. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin into the broth while whisking gently but quickly to avoid any lumps. Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
      3. Divide the mixture into three small ramekins to create three different flavors.
      4. Add your desired flavors to each ramekin and mix gently: a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of honey, and a squeeze of lemon.
      5. Place the ramekins in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours.
      6. Once firm, cut the gummies into squares or use a cookie cutter for fun shapes.
      7. Enjoy! Store any leftovers in the fridge for a few days.

I came across a recipe with carrot puree, water, ghee and corn starch for a dessert, (and sugar but I would leave it out) basically heat and stir until it binds and holds its shape. Could I substitute the corn starch for gelatin? Would gelatin set the carrot puree?

I bit the bullet and tried it, wow! Pureed carrot, lemon juice, ginger, water, honey and then gelatine. Only I made the mistake of tipping the powder into hot liquid... duh, had some lumps but managed to stir it in. Next time dissolve im cold first. Pour into shallow dish and refrigerate. Cut into cubes... super snack.... This is such a good way to get veg and protein and collagen at the same time. Will try carrot and spinach with the gelatine next time...! Thank you for showing me this lively cube idea... love it!

This dessert sounds really interesting! I haven't tried it myself, so I can't say for sure how it will turn out. However, based on my experience with using gelatin, it should definitely thicken the mixture. You might need to experiment a few times to find the consistency that you like best!

I’m thrilled to hear that you enjoyed it! Your version with carrot, lemon juice, ginger, and honey sounds absolutely delicious! And yes, dissolving the gelatin in cold liquid first definitely helps avoid those lumps depending on the gelatin-it’s a common mistake, but it sounds like you handled it well. The carrot and spinach combo sounds like a fantastic next step! I’m so happy that you found this idea helpful, and I can’t wait to hear how your next batch turns out! 😊

@@severineskitchen thank you, yes I am excited. I have crohns and just don't have an appetite and feel full really quick and easily triggered. Its really hard to eat enough to get the daily required nutrients, this way I can get my veg and protein in an easily digestible and absorbable way. And its so yummy to boot!

@@severineskitchen I just realised I can use bone broth instead of water in this recipe, then it is really packed... soup in a cube ;)
