There is a reason you do bad with Pyke: You use the wrong Runes. Aftershock is the rune you wanna take on Pyke since it gives you resitences after you stunned an enemy by going in and you don't die every time doing it xD. Generally the resitances from Aftershock and Conditioning and the sustain from Bone Plating and Revitalize are worth so much more than anything from the Domination tree. In the sacondary tree you should take Cheap Shot and Zombie Ward. So basically - Aftershock - Bone Plating - Conditioning - Revitalize - Cheap Shot - Zombie Ward/Ultimate Hunter I've done super well with that runepage so far and can just recommend it. And play Pyke on support only, don't do it to urself playing him on any other position xD Itemwise just stick with Black Cleaver into Lethality/Lifesteal/raw AD for the ult scaling.
