Eat fibre rich and protein rich food(most necessary), and in the end eat balanced diet in a caloric deficit diet... - aur macros aur micros nahi complete ho rahe to, multi vitamins le lo.. Balanced diet bahot imp hai, warna bahot dikkat Aa sakte... 3. Aur last, Cardio is okay, kar sakte ho par weight training par Dhyaan do.. I mean 80% strength training hi karo instead Cardio.. And be in calorie deficit diet...
