Also to prove there's corruption, to appeal u need transcripts a court of record and they never make it possible to appeal

Does case law cited in your argument have to be presented in discovery?

Never accept a public defender you will lose all your rights no discovery that you can take home only view at there office definitely a conflict of interest especially since the state pay everyone salary on zoom expect tobe muted like 99% of the time

This is good information but there is no way someone who hasn't been to law achool can competently represent themselves at any depth. I've seen it time and time again. They don't have a basic underlying education to even properly read case law or statutes

There are people out there who did not go to law school and handle themsleves very well in and out of the court room while involved in one or more cases. Just not enough people
