I’m so thankful I found you!!! Honestly you’re an Angel. After wanting a cricut for a long time I finally got one for Christmas. I knew it was under the tree. When I ordered it I told the hubby “this is what you got Me” lol. After almost a month n a half of watching your videos I finally got to open my cricut and while I was intimidated I had the courage to jump right in and follow along bouncing around your videos to learn every time I got hung up. As I type this I’m actually making your Santa treat tray. I’ve printed off your printable book for the maker and have several videos of yours saved to make some of the crafts that you share with everyone on your website. Thank you so much!! I feel like I’ve spent this holiday season with you lol
Agree with Cheri. I've cut out of cardstock before using any vinyl so it's not wasted. Then depending on design, I can use oc a card or even frame it. #23 with the weeding tool, did not know about the top of it. For weeding I have used nail polish holder, square tissue box mostly I use a small flip top looks like our garbage container from the dollar store. Works great for any crafting. Thanks for sharing these tips, saving this and will be writing them in my tips book.
Love, love this video you made for all the tip , because lots of Tik Tok don’t explain or tell you the material , the ingredient , mesurment etc . They are to fast showing . ❤️😊👍
For Acrylics. Do you design on a piece of paper placed on your mat first = i.e. corners on 5 L 5 H. (Drawing). Then you will know exactly where to put your acrylic on a mat and you will know if your design matches the size of your acrylic or whatever material you wish to engrave.
You could design like that, if you'd like. You can also use a guide in Design Space or the use the pen, like we did in our Engraved Keychain tutorial. 😊🌻
These tips are awesome! I’m definitely tucking this one in my Jennifer maker folder to rewatch! Thank you and your staff, and Greg, again for all of the time and work given for these videos. Merry Christmas!!!🎄🎁
This is fantastic Jennifer! I cut my first vinyl yesterday and they were small designs so the first one was a disaster - none of the small pieces of vinyl would stay behind.
Thank you and God Bless You for all the tips and tricks that you share with everyone. I save each and every video you do. Praying that Someday that I can afford to get me one. I love crafting and it helps me so very much 🙏 God Bless you and have a wonderful and blessed day 🙏
Merry Christmas to you and your family. I’m looking forward to watching the video. Thank you for all of them, you sure do an amazing job and I’m learning so much. ❤
Tip regarding fuzzy leather side - you can make it smooth by using tokonole creme or mixture of pva glue and water. Apply to fuzzy side and burnish with a hardwood stick. After drying the surface will no longer leave anty type of lints or specles.
Hi Jennifer I was watching one of your videos when you were cleaning your craft room and notice on the wall there is or was a flower that you stored your little bottles of paint. I would like to know if you did a video on how you made it it’s so pretty ❤
Thank you soo much sharing your amazing projects and tips with the world! You are truly the best teacher. Merry Christmas to you and your family 🎄🎁Blessings 🤗❤️
Thank you for your 25 days, it has been wonderful to learn and watch. Is there a svg for number 18, it looks like birch trees on a vase with some words across the top. I like that design
You have been such an inspiration these last 25 days, I am so excited to get going on our Cricut. I have learned so much now I just have to put it into practice. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
Hi Jennifer, Your channel has been recommended to me to learn all about my new cricut joy before I start. I know nothing about the cricut or which vinyl to buy. I was told just buy vinyl which now £100 later was a mistake i should of never done, thinking I could save a bit money by not buying cricut joy smart vinyl. Anyways 15 hours later after typing. I bought vinyl is many colours colours which are all glossy to find out its 641, I think this is for outdoors and not for glasses, christmas baubles ect. Can you please advise which number of vinyl i should buy. Thank you. You have a new sub. Luv from the UK
There are different types of vinyl, but there is no reason you can't use "outdoor" vinyl on something that would go inside. Check out jennifermaker.com/ultimate-guide-to-vinyl/
@@JenniferMaker Thank you so much for replying, I feel alot better now knowing I dont have to throw it out. The company I bought it from have just replied staiting the same but I cannot use it on glass/plastic or use it outdoors as it is not waterproof. Its very much appreciated that you replied and advised me. Luv from the UK
I Love your videos . I haven't decided which machine to purchase yet . My daughter and I love stickers an decals for her car so I think the Joy would work but I also make gnomes so I need something that will cut fabric for the clothes . Does the Joy cut fabric ?
Loved the video. Could you do a video on how to do those intricate cut out envelopes and card edges, like they use for wedding invites? I loved the card you did for the foil feather video, but how did you get it to cut out just one side of the feather? Can't wait to see what other projects you create! Keep up the great work and thank you for making your svg library free. It's been so much fun to create alongside you!
We designed and made them on our 3D printer. We plan to share the print files on our blog at some point for anyone else who wants them. There are two styles -- the one on the left uses PVC pipes, so it’s height adjustable to your needs. The one on the right is all 3D printed except for the table, which is a piece of wood screwed to the legs. Both meet the requirements in Cricut’s Safety Instructions for “a flat and stable surface” as the Cricuts are just sitting on stable tables.

I saw a $259.00 Christmas Ferris wheel in a retail store window. Love the idea, but I couldn’t stomach the price. Would love some crafty ideas to make the project😃
Hi Jennifer, Love your videos! I had an Easter Bunny idea that you may be able to help design. It would use the two clear dollar store rose bowls like the ones you used for the lighted snowman. He would need ears, a face, whiskers, cotton tail and maybe a hat or big bunny feet. I know, I'm asking for a lot...that's why I can't make the files myself.
a few good tips but most of them were kinda common sense or things we've already seen a million times. Still nice to have everything in one place though!
If stabbing it with the weeding tool doesn't work that well, you can slice the top corner of just the tape and not the backing with an X-Acto knife to peel the backing off.
thanks for the tip, will give it a try on my next project. and I took your advise about reusing the transfer tape. better than throwing it out after each use.
The tip at 14:07 doesn't make sense to me (I've watched it 4 times now) what exactly are you doing when you put that box around the shapes? Can anyone explain or show me what happens? Maybe in a video?
SAVE TIME AND MATERIAL WITH A WEEDING BOX - A TIKTOK TIP FROM @JCHCREATIONS Before you cut a vinyl design, add an extra cut line around it. In Design Space, you can use a free shape and resize it to fit around the image. Use the Arrange menu to Send it to the Back so the design is visible. Make sure the shape is big enough to go around the design with some extra space. Use “Attach” to keep them together during cutting, and now you have a smooth cut line to start from! jennifermaker.com/tiktok-cricut-hacks/
I keep getting machine communication error I’ve deleted app and removed machine from blue tooth then repaired them but still get the message can you please help
Awesome video to end the 25 days of crafting. Thank you so much for all your help. You are an amazing and generous soul and I appreciate you.
What an amazing teacher you are! Your instructions are always clear, and give me the courage to say, "I can do this." Thank you!

Love the easy way to put the cover back on the mat ❤️

Genius with cornstarch or baby powder. As a 51 year old taking my glasses on and off gets crazy. I haven't tried my cricut light pad yet.

Why write on the clear mat covers? Cut vinyl for them so the look neat too, I’ve done that with all mine
Cool time while creating

I Love your videos . I haven't decided which machine to purchase yet . My daughter and I love stickers an decals for her car so I think the Joy would work but I also make gnomes so I need something that will cut fabric for the clothes . Does the Joy cut fabric ?
The Maker and Explore can cut fabric. Here is a comparison. jennifermaker.com/which-cricut-should-i-buy/
So many useful tips!
Hello Jennifer. I am not sure what your message means or what I need to do.
loved these 💕
Thanks!
Thanks for the hacks
You are so very welcome!

I designed the feather card that way. Here is a tutorial on envelopes. jennifermaker.com/how-to-make-an-envelope/
Can you make acrylic invitations with the cricut?
Acrylic invitations? You can engrave on acrylic with the Maker or cut vinyl on all the machines to apply to acrylic.
Won’t be doing TikTok. Hope to keep seeing your info here!
I can't wait! No, really I wanna watch it now, forget presents under the tree! Vid. E. O. Vid. E. O! Lol
Where did you get the table that your JOY and snowman are sitting on? TIA
We designed and made them on our 3D printer. We plan to share the print files on our blog at some point for anyone else who wants them. Thank you very much. Please let us know when they are available.
Jennifer , does using a wad of aluminum and poke it with Cricut blade help sharpen it?
It only cleans the blade from debris.
Hang your mat on a hook first then hang the plastic sheet over it. Tip for those who don't have the fancy tablet holder ;)
These are awesome, Thank you. I don't 'tik tok'. Thankfully I do TH-cam.
Less pressure works best for Siser Easyweed. More tears it up.
I purchased the cricut college a few years back, can you tell me how I find the course.

Thank you question why does my vinyl stick to the parchment paper?
It should't. Butcher paper is recommended.
TikTok tip #25 OK when layering vinyl use butcher paper?
