哇！鸿厨上次的菠萝蝦己夠好吃如今又耒道蒜香蝦真教人难抗拒，问题是超简单很符合大道从简这道理。本人想请教鸿厨1〉炸鸡无论用啥粉不到-亇钟就不酥脆了，到底怎样処理才不回潮。2)还有冰箱拿出来的东西可否直接下锅炸呢？(比如炸鸡块醃过夜放冰箱，隔天拿出来可否直接下油炸呢?这是否不酥脆的关键呢，请鸿師父指教。谢谢

您好 要不会潮其实要炸到很干 如果要保持肉的水份就比较难做到不回潮
冰箱出来的东西要放一边等回温再处理
