ABC Transcription Tools - Using %%MIDI abctt:boomchick_fraction for Custom Backup Durations

Using the new
%%MIDI abctt:boomchick_fraction beat_fraction
%%MIDI abctt:boom_fraction beat_fraction
and
%%MIDI abctt:chick_fraction beat_fraction
MIDI commands you can have complete control over the duration of the boom and chick in the automatic backup generated for ABC tunes with chords.

The previous %backup_duration, %backup_bass_duration, and %backup_chord_duration commands, which only worked globally for a tune, have been removed in favor of these much more flexible "on-the-fly" MIDI commands.
