Hi Daniel, I love your work and effort to educate the society for these things. I am however stuck with some confusion because 2 different lawyers gave me 2 different processes. One is saying that after my NIW approval, I'll go to the US embassy in my country to do status adjustment, which will not be via form I-485 (basically no 10 year waiting period for green card for me being an indian). The other is saying that I'll get stuck in the 10 year waiting period no matter how I go about it. Could you please clarify anything about this as early as possible? Thanks, Cheers brother!
What about if I have two citizenship, how does that affect priority date? Must my country of chargeability be my country of birth or can it be another country that I am a citizen of?
