    I used to get up early before work to exercise, but I started feeling like if I went after work, I was much less sluggish and could train harder. But then again, I felt like I had more energy at work when I went in the morning. So it is vice versa.

      I completely agree!! I think it’s all just about listening to your body - making sure you get the right amount of sleep if you are wanting to wake up early and workout - and fuelling your body the way it needs before doing so :)
      I sometimes go in the evenings if I am feeling that way in the morning but I listen to my body and give it what it needs - whether that is feeling better to do it in the evening or the morning - proud of you though keep it up with the gym !! 💌

      I can do both..but I think I prefer right after work to give me that energy boost for the rest of my evening..when I go in the morning I'm energized at woek but dead tired when I come home

      @@missgh1000 Yeah, they both have their ups and downs. I sometimes miss just being done for the day when I get off work. But my workouts were much more sluggish in the mornings. But I take sleep medicine, so that doesn't help either. The important thing is that we get it done.

    How many mins do you workout in the morning

      Heyyy, In the morning it can vary depending on how much time I have given myself to get it done before work - the mornings is usually 30-45 minutes and the evenings can vary from 1hr-1hr30 minutes :)
