I used to get up early before work to exercise, but I started feeling like if I went after work, I was much less sluggish and could train harder. But then again, I felt like I had more energy at work when I went in the morning. So it is vice versa.
I completely agree!! I think it’s all just about listening to your body - making sure you get the right amount of sleep if you are wanting to wake up early and workout - and fuelling your body the way it needs before doing so :) I sometimes go in the evenings if I am feeling that way in the morning but I listen to my body and give it what it needs - whether that is feeling better to do it in the evening or the morning - proud of you though keep it up with the gym !! 💌
@@jenniferwardd Thank you, and you gave excellent advice. I will follow what my body feels like. The important thing is we get it done one way or the other
I can do both..but I think I prefer right after work to give me that energy boost for the rest of my evening..when I go in the morning I'm energized at woek but dead tired when I come home
@@missgh1000 Yeah, they both have their ups and downs. I sometimes miss just being done for the day when I get off work. But my workouts were much more sluggish in the mornings. But I take sleep medicine, so that doesn't help either. The important thing is that we get it done.
Heyyy, In the morning it can vary depending on how much time I have given myself to get it done before work - the mornings is usually 30-45 minutes and the evenings can vary from 1hr-1hr30 minutes :)
