How do you play the funky chord bit after the solo, it isn't shown clearly?

It is on G and B string - 11 and 12th fret respectively, then move that up to 14 and 15th, then 16th and 17th. Then back to 11 and 12th.
Then I believe the last two chords that lead into the riff repeating are 8 and 9th and 9 and 10th.
Hopefully that makes sense

The main riff is pull-offs. Hammer ons ascend in note, pull-offs descend 🤟
